While Aamir Khan’s transformation for Dangal is breaking news, not-so-popular actors like Randeep Hooda don’t quite get the media coverage that they deserve.
The actor, who will be playing the role of Sarabjit Singh, has lost more than 18 kgs of weight in less than a month.
The Omung Kumar directed film is based on the life of Indian national Sarabjit Singh, who is accused as a spy by Pakistan and sentenced to death by the court.
In April 2013, when Salman Khan’s initiative to get Sarabjit released from jail was gaining momentum, he was stabbed by Pakistani jail inmates in the prison. 6 days later, he succumbed to his injuries and passed away at the age of 49.
He spent nearly half of his life in Pakistani prison between 1990 to 2013.
The film also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who plays the role of Sarabjit’s sister and Richa Chadha, who is set to play the role of his wife.
Sarabjit releases in theatres on May 20.
True Perfectionist …!
Superb , it looks interesting.
This film will be a classic for sure …!
This is freakin awesome. I just hope Omung Kumar makes a better movie than Mary Kom as that movie too wasn’t as good as it had potential to be. Fingers Crossed.
Ohh My God!
@indicine willl u please post the review of Ghayal?????
Why u r biesed when it comes to smaller films????
If there is a khans film and if there is a big film you post the review very fast….
Couldn’t recognize him at all!! Sarabjit’s story is the most tragic story I have ever heard.A movie deserves to be made on him for sure.It was the government’s fault for not being able to bring him back to his own land
Wow.. Just Imagine Spending your life in that Hell cz of Crime you Never Commited.. Gives me Chills.. Cant even Imagine the Horror.. Great that Bwood is Bringing his Story to light and Hats off To Randeep Hooda for this Dedication _/\_

Ranveer Hooda gonna nailed it. Failed to recognize in first instance. I hope his performance and the movie get all the dues.
Best of luck
respect for Randeep, he is a very good actor
Superb. Looks interesting.
I remember some time ago I think it was Arjun Kapoor who said he now has to deal with his with diabetes due to his yo yo weight for different films like Gunday and Tevar .
Anyway Randeeb is a one dedicated actor. Its amazing how far someone will go for to realistically play a role. Hats off to this man.
Bollywood at its best.
Airlift neerja azhar Dhoni biopic and now sharabjit. Bollywood has grown drastically but illogical directors still make nonsense.
I hope you understand what movies i m talking.
Looking great. Waiting for it.
Randeep is much better than shahrukh or aamir.

Randeep hooda is more popular than akshy kumr aftr KICK
Wow he real deserve credit for this. Believe me it’s not easy ??
Nice to see actors putting up so much efforts for their roles. Randeep Hooda deserves all the praises.
I dont know about past actors but in my generation the credit goes to Amir Khan for starting this trend.
He introduced this concept of doing one film per year (at times even one film in 2 years) and putting extraordinary efforts in his roles. Hrithik and some other actors are now also following this strategy.
Bollywood’s reply to Christian bale..take a bow randeep awesome..
Sarabjit story is very tragic and deserves to b heard by d world…i hope omung kumar ds justice…mary kom was below par…randeep hooda look is just terrific
