Yet another Ranbir Kapoor film seems to be in trouble. This time around, it’s the much-awaited ‘Tamasha’ directed by Imtiaz Ali.
While there were reports late last month that Ranbir wanted a few scenes from ‘Tamasha’ to be reshot, Filmfare reports that producer Sajid Nadiadwala has now asked Imtiaz Ali to reshoot certain portions of the film.
The segments that will be reshot, were first filmed abroad, but in an effort to save costs, Nadiadwala has decided to reshoot those portions in India.
After three back-to-back debacles in ‘Besharam’, ‘Roy’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’, Tamasha will a very important film of Ranbir. His other film ‘Jagga Jasoos’ has also been reshot, even though Katrina Kaif recently rubbished rumours surrounding the Anurag Basu directed film.

Media has admitted of backing of Ranbir Kapoor on request of his father and many others such as Amitabh Bachan so that unlike his son, he can be successful! But now on request of Karan Johar, media has stopped backing him and is now backing Varun and Alia while no one is sure who is backing Shraddha. Siddahrth could have been backed by media but he has said that he does not want to be in the news. Next big stars that the media has admitted to taking money for backing are Sooraj(on Salman’s request) and Tiger(on Aamir’s request) while the request of SRK has been ignored for Vivaan Shah. This boy is becoming another akshay. Who tells the producers how he wants his role to be shot again or to increase his roles. Many don’t know that akshay demanded more screen presence than Salman in Janeman Ajay in khakee and Sunil shetty in Mohra. Unfortunately the casts had more solid roles than akshay. Same with Ranbir. Aditya was said to have a long screen presence in yjhd but ranbir intervened. This time he can’t get what he wants becos no matter how many shots will be ‘re taken Deepika will be the fulcrum of the movie. Over hyped media star. Good loooking but lacks superstardom dna.
Well…another re-shoot…well now will think 100 times n read reviews 10 times to save my money and time…as at the time of BV..i ignored reviews…what i had to bear was a sheer torture in theatre…a big crap n my 400 rps got wasted..
Though i like RK n Imtiaz …but after BV n besharam…i can’t trust RK anymore….so ll read all reviews n then decide whether to go for tamasha or not??

This movie will work in any case. it’s a Intiaz Ali’s product and I have full trust on him. Jab we met was a master piece.
