Eid and Christmas are undoubtedly two of the biggest weekends that we have in the year. It’s becoming a habit for people now to save money and wait for the event films that release during the festive weekends.
How do the last two major releases during Eid (Sultan) and Christmas (Dangal) match up to the combined business of Raees and Kaabil. Check out the table below:
Note: The Republic Day weekend is not known to deliver big grossers at the box office. The highest all-time grossers of January are Airlift (129 crore) and Agneepath (121 crore). Raees is expected to top January inspite of clash.
Raees, Kaabil and Dangal had one major holiday each, whereas Sultan had two partial holidays.

Pagla gaya hai kya ? In which world Jai Ho released on 4300 screens? Exact screen count for Jai Ho was 3900 screens, Baaki screens ‘Jadooland’ ke add kar diye kya tune ? ? and the Ticket rates for Jai Ho were cheap compared to Rice seller or Kaabil. So such shit Comparisons doesn’t make sense.

What would have been Raees collection if it have a solo realease during Eid 2016 or christmas 2016 Answer it ?
If it were only raees it would have collected 90+ crores in 3 days !! 100 crores would have been very tough but the point is raees would have collected 90+ in republic day weekend whereas sultan and dangal collected 105+ crores on eid and xmas respectively which clearly shows SRK can anytime beat those two khans !!

By evaluating raees opening figure 1 thing i can guarentee tat film would hav done 28_30 in wednesday itself had it been solo , and republic day would hav gone to b around 37_40 , 17_18 friday 20_21 sat n 23_25 sun making it around 140 in weekend itself n yes film is poor in script i too felt tat bt dialogue n act was perfect, in other hand kaabil too is senseless in story i felt n hoped for better script from kaabil bt they made a joke type film better watch waada film staring arjun rampal n zayed if u want to enjoy blind emotional film n gangster k liye quatim dekho, anyway i am not satisfied by anytype of bolly films they dont match my aspect in terms of making n quality, n as far as collection of raees yes u r right it gonna do 130+ in india even in clash , its better n i feel it will do 140_50 crore as of current trends 60 in 3 days then 16_17 today, 19_20 tomorrow tat makes 95 crore weekend then 8_9 mon , 7_8 tue 8_9 wed holiday of saraswoti puja, 6_7 thursday so week1 wl b 120_125 week1 then it can do 4_5 friday 5 n 6 so 2nd week wl b 25_30 thus 150 is possible bt it wl b shown by collection of first monday itself , lets see what it does

Today and tomorrow both movies will make equal % growth from 20%-30%. And from Monday both will collect approximately same amount money and difference between kaabil and Raees will not be more than 2 Cr. Make my words.
Raees 150 Cr + and kaabil 100 Cr + total 250 Cr +. And try to overseas figure raees will cross prdp worldwide and sultan prdp Chennai express in overseas.
Sweet, nice film always win, there is no need to action ,masala, item song that type of film like pk, bajrangi bhaijaan, dangal. neutral fans are bigger than particular fan.
Kaabil is way way better than Raees.

honest Raees Kaabil review.
Raees is larger then life role or movie but no where near to ouatim. nor near to sultan mirza. it is avg film with powerful dialogues & stylish action. treat for srk fans as his look in film is total badaas. its avg film but looking decent only bcoz of last srk films. although movie have no dull moment so good timepaas movie. dialogues are usp of film. direction is not upto mark. but overall one time watch masala movie. srk fans should not miss it.
Kaabil is extraordinary tale of revenge drama. hrithik is usp of film. even his die hard haters cant raise doubt on his performance. award worthy it is. rakesh supervision visible in direction. screenplay is good. its beautifull as many emotional moments r there which can touch heart. hrithik taking revenge is something to watch out. films lacks in humour but overall entertaining. ‘kamjor mat samajh’ scene i liked very much personally.

Kaabil is a very special film..
As a HR fan, I was not particularly happy with his films for past couple of years..
But, I was blown away by Kaabil..
It’s a MUST watch..
It’s riveting, emotional and has powerful actors at the helm..
