Preity Zinta, who has filed a sexual molestation case against businessman Ness Wadia, has finally broken her silence and also rubbished all speculations surrounding her future in the industry and the Kings XI Punjab team.
“A big Thank you to all the people for the support. Amazed at how much speculation in the media. No I’m not selling my stake (in her IPL cricket team Kings XI Punjab) or settling in the US” Preity tweeted.
“So called sources says anything and its getting reported. Please No hear say. There are many important Issues in India which are much more news worthy” she said.
Preity filed a case against Ness Wadia, her ex-boyfriend and co-owner of the Kings XI Punjab team for molesting, abusing and theatrening her inside the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai.
The FIR’s registered against Ness Wadia are under IPC sections 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman).
It is very disturbing to hear that Preity is deliberately doing this to hog the limelight but i don’t think she can stoop so low for publicity because she is famous, rich and independent . I cannot say about Ness Wadia but i believe that police will find out who is the real culprit and justice will be done .
She should have married earlier…

Ness wadia is quite powerful both politically n financially.. If preeti is correct den in no way she is going to harm a person of this stature. Coz in india law sucks.. !!
