Aamir Khan has said that the role that he plays in his upcoming film ‘PK’ is the best role of his 25 year long career. For an actor who have played iconic characters like Bhuvan (Lagaan), Amar (Andaz Apna Apna), Raja (Raja Hindustani), Rancho (3 Idiots), just to name a few, PK under director Rajkumar Hirani could be a treat for the audience.
“I won’t be sharing much details about PK. But it is one of the best roles in my nearly 25-year-long career”Aamir told reporters.
The actor also hailed Rajkumar Hirani as the best director in the industry.
“For me, Raju is the best director. He is very kind and good person” he said.

Remember 3 Idiots had received average-to-good reviews, not excellent reviews. But the content was such that the word of mouth was fantastic. The film doubled the collections of the highest grosser upto that time, Ghajini. It was no mean feat. Even today, 3 Idiots’ second, third and fourth week collections are a record surpassed by none. Any big star can fetch a good weekend and subsequently a good first week but the second week is decided by content. This is where Rajkumar Hirani scores big time. Aamir will bring in the first week 160 Cr + and Hirani will ensure repeat value. PK is a top contender for 300 Cr + domestic collections.
