When Preity Zinta made her debut in Mani Ratnam’s Dil Se, the kind of vibrance, cuteness and freshness that she brought on screen was unbelievable. Preity won many hearts on her debut, but the movie that pushed her to the big league was Kya Kehna. The story of an unwed mother was a box office success and establised Preity as one of the most talented actresses in the Industry. Post Kya Kehna there was simply no looking back as the actress known for her bubbly image on screen starred in many blockbusters like Koi Mil Gaya, Kal Ho Na Ho and Veer Zaara.

But since her last big release opposite Shahrukh Khan in Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Salman Khan in Jaan-e-mann, Preity has literally vanished with no release apart from the box-office disaster Jhoom Barabar Jhoom and a short role in Heroes.
