Eminent photo-journalist Jagdish Mali, father of actress Antara Mali, passed away on Monday morning.
Jagdish passed away at the Nanavati hospital here. He was in his 60s.
Sources from the hospital confirmed the news and said: “Yes. Jagdish Mali passed away today morning.”
The reason behind his death is unknown and his relatives are said to be not keen on disclosing it.
Filmmaker Ashok Pandit expressed condolence on micro-blogging site Twitter: “Ace photographer Jagdish Mali passed away at 11.20 am today (Monday) at Nanawati Hospital. Will miss you jaggi. RIP.”
Recently, Mali was in news after he was seen walking in a semi-nude condition in Andheri and was spotted by actress Mink Brar who called Salman Khan for help.
