Like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan too has taken the #MyCleanIndia ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’ very seriously. The superstar, who met the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi at a hospital inauguration last evening, posted a few pictures of his efforts towards cleaning his surrounding streets.
“Today I pledge to keep my home, my roads, my city my country clean. I also take responsibility to teach and empower others to follow. I started cleaning my own surroundings and learnt so much. Started with my lanes in Juhu ” Hrithik tweeted.
“BMC is doing their best. sometimes the load is (too) much even for them. I take responsibility for my surroundings.”
“Went around talking learning and informing residents, watchmen and workers about better ways to keep our society clean”
“Wish my children were here with me to watch their daddy help clean the neighbourhood. No better way to teach than by example”

SOURCE boi. Happy New Year may take the second biggest opening ever in Overseas. The film will not beat Dhoom 3 which collected over $10 million but may edge past the second biggest opener Chennai Express which grossed $7.25 million approx.
The two day figures are around £400,000 in United Kingdon and $1,200,000 in US/Canada. The Gulf is looking at a weekend somewhere around the $2,5 million region. There are no holidays in Overseas in the Diwali period like Christmas and it is not as good as the Eid period especially in places lik UK and Gulf.
The weekend overseas should be over the $7 million mark mark but remains to be seen if it can to around $8 million .

few days after his arm injury. The actor
apparently injured his arm while working
out in his private home gym.
Hrithik was already suffering from pain in
his shoulder but kept on going as he
wanted to lose a few kilos for his next film.
Mohenjo Daro, a film by Ashtuosh
Gawarikar requires him to look lean and
therefore he was working out hard to get
in the right shape. But the actor aggravated
his existing pain while doing so and after
consultation with his doctor, he’s been
asked to go easy for a few days. The doctor
has advised him to rest for two weeks and
not put any stress on his shoulder or arm.
Even after the injury, Hrithik was seen
enjoying Diwali celebrations with his
friends and later taking part in PM Modi’s
‘Swacchh Bharat’ campaign by making sure
his society is clean. He’s donned a cool,
black sling on his arm for this period.
This isn’t the first time the actor has injured
himself. Hrithik has suffered several injuries
whilst shooting films be it during Krrish or
Bang Bang. He also suffered a brain injury
for which he had to be hospitalised for a
few days. But the actor hasn’t been bogged
down by any of these and continues to
shoot daring sequences and alter his look
as per the film’s requirement. We wish him
a speedy recovery!
