The title is pretty self explanatory. Who do you think is the most under-rated Actor (male) in the Bollywood film industry today?
Please, this is not for the likes of Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Big B or Aamir Khan. There are several other actor who are extremely talented, yet dont get their due. Naseeruddin Shah, Akshaye Khanna, Manoj Bajpai, Paresh Rawal, Om Puri.. to name a few.

I think is hrithik roshan he knows how take role very much, he is the most talent actor i have ever seen in bollywood.

i think some of u folks need to understand the meaning of underrated.Akshay,SRK are not underrated but highly overrated stars .If u call them superstars ,how can they be underrated?.In my opinion,three actors,one actress and one suporting actor should make it to this list anytime anyday.Emraan hashmi deserves films from outside bhatt camp,Abhay deol ,if given opportunities can give the ranbirs and imraans a run for their money(any doubt, watch dev d),r madhavan must get more roles,having shown his acting skills in rdb and 13B.among heroines tabu has always been underrated,among supporting actors, no doubt irrfan.
My vote is for Akshay Khanna who has developed a lot of subtlety and depth over the years.
I’d also like to add several that many may not agree with. I have seen them do bits of stuff that was very good but it may need a good director to really bring it out. I do find that when they are on screen your eyes stay with them too: Harman Baweja & Shahid Kapur – youngish still but good potential in the right hands. The comment about the need for a good director also goes for Bobby Deol who has done a mix of average, self-conscious and really excellent bits, and seems to have potential to be better in the right hands e.g. Humraaz and even Nanhe Jaisalmer

Spiderman, if kangana is not a star who do u think is a star….She is the best female actor in bollywood nw..So plz change ur comment and do comment after watching her films.The only problem for her is that she has not gaine much stardom and that’s why she is not recoganized.

Sanjay Suri-Gosh see his acting skills in My Brother Nikhil and Jhankaar Beats! And as for actress, it’s Juhi Chawla! Filmfare has always boycotted her in terms of awards! See her acting in My Brother Nikhil, I AM, Teen Deewarain, Daraar, Saajan Ka Ghar, Arjun Pandit, Yes Boss, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Pratibandh, Swami……..She deserved awards in all these movies but as usual was boycotted from Filmfare; more recently for I AM. Just hate filmfare for that. But despite that Juhi is a legend and a superstar. Love you JUhi lots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Abhay deol, he’s really natural and a nice guy too, he’s also better than his cousins. I’d say Ajay Devgn even though he is not exactly underrated but he does not get as much recognition as other actors, he’s good though. Emraan hashimi and irfan khan, madhavan too, and Spider-Man said kangana ranaut can’t act she can!
