The Mumbai Cricket Association is likely to lift its ban imposed on Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan, after the IPL’s governing council put forward demands that all the franchise owners should be allowed entry into the stadium, if the IPL final has to take place at the Wankhede.
“We had received a letter from IPL chairman Ranjib Biswal, dated May 13, and there were as many as 14 conditions. We have decided to accept all the conditions because the president (Sharad Pawar) desired that the match should be played in Mumbai only and we hope that our decision will change the heart of the governing council and the match will be played in Mumbai” MCA President, Ravi Savant told reporters

However, Savant has specifically informed the media that Shahrukh will be allowed into the stadium only for the final and not any other IPL game.
“They have given us letter for only this game. All the conditions are for this game and no other match” he said.
Last week, the IPL final, which was originally scheduled to take place in Mumbai on June 1st 2014, was moved to the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.
Mumbai were awarded the final after Mumbai Indians won the IPL last year.

@babaji, that’s the biggest joke that i have heard that aamir choose good films to win popularity.
He himself stopped doing movies in the mid 90s as he found his roles were limited to the chocolate type romantic characters, and he rejected movies and waited for the right scripts.
He did that because he felt he needs a change or image-makeover, and not for popularity.
But, all said and done, the fact, as @truefan said, is that Aamir and Salman rules overseas and domestic markets respectively, whether you want to agree that wth a twist of your own figment of imaginative stories, then so be it.
