We are finally in the Post-Diwali phase now, with families across the country coming out in numbers to watch films. Krrish 3 was expected to come into its own at the box office from Monday and the Hrithik Roshan starrer hasn’t disappointed.
North India is rocking today – the Delhi NCR region is likely to put up record numbers as multiplexes were running to capacity throughout the day. Advance booking for the night shows is phenomenal in Delhi city and Noida.
Other circuits like Central Province and Central India have also picked up by around 30-35% today. At many centres in C.I where the film released only today, Krrish 3 is off to a very good start.
In the Mysore circuit, which largely remained unaffected by Pre-Diwali, the occupancy was lower than other parts of country.
Quite a few trade analysts had predicted that Monday will be the best day for Krrish 3 and if the morning, noon and evening shows are anything to go by.. Monday collections could well be 15-20% more than Friday. It remains to be seen if the film can cross the 30 crore mark and join the 100 crore club today. It also has a chance to break the opening day record of Chennai Express which collected Rs 33.12 crore on Day 1.
i have not watched movie but iam still thinking should i go for it or wait for thot the dark world.and also iam disgusted by this wrong reports of boxoffice.

now boi said that monday collection can be touch 30 cr…..from their source sunday collection is 15 cr…so a film jump 100% in 4th day…is not that awkward…..now no one ask how is this happen….bt ask why figure wont match with them…

but BOI states that Ce first sunday collection is more than 30cr+ but not more than ETT 30.75cr. Its funny that some K3 Haters are now started to trust BOI just because it show low figure than Officials even i am trust on BOI but i never loose or distruted when BOI states that ETT collect 186cr not 199cr, when Talaash grossed 90cr not 93cr etc….at the time of CE release most my srkians fellow were against me when i continuously shown date of BOI whether it on opening day or on lifetime collection. Yaa one thing is sure that K3 Figure are very much inaccurate but don’t know who are wrong or right.i will show some states here:
as per BOI first three collection are 18.5+15.5+15.00=49cr Hindi and 54-55 ofall languages
as per Komal Nahta collection are 23.5+20+18=61.5cr all languages
Taran Adarsh, Indicine,Addatoday and Officials are 71.5-72.00 cr all languages
Koimoi stats 68 cr of all languages
so there is variance on different sites but i have to say that i liked K3 and i wish it definitely cross 200cr mark, Best of luck to all K3 Fans…

Krrish 3 is having a fantastic run on Monday especially at single screens with almost every single screen showing the film going house full. The film may set a new record for a single days collections.
Till date only Ek Tha Tiger and Chennai Express have collected over 30 crore nett in a single day but no film has gone over 31 crore nett and Krrish 3 should achieve this and may possibly go a bit higher.
The business in Delhi/UP, East Punjab, Bihar, CI and Rajasthan is almost certain to be historic as these circuits were affected most by Diwali weekend. The key will the night shows as its working day tomorrow in most areas and night shows at multiplexes tend to slow when the next day is a working day.

@nil agree but how you believe that K3 First day is 25.5cr, second day 22.5-23.0cr and Sunday is more than second day 24.25cr , tell me how can a Diwali Day collection is more than Saturday collection when every body reported that there is dip in occupancy than 2nd day, so for me the official collection is not also trust able…
We SRK and Salman khan Fans needs healthy competition and not Fake competition where there is a difference of 16crores in just 3 days. This is just a scam!!!. If you have stamina prove it through movies and not by fake publicity. Komal nahta is one of the sponser of K3 and I know hrithik is a good human being but his father is playing dirty politics as he has invested more money and is fooling people but at the end while sleeping he must be disappointed by seeing his pocket!!!(actual collections).
The difference between boxofficeindia and other websites are acceptable if the difference of 10crores in lifetime but not 16crores difference in just 3 days!!!. I saw clearly in indicine website they thrashed the movie k3 giving only 15crores till late night but next day they gave 25crores…its pure non-sense.
@vaibhav, for god’s sake, watch the word of mouth, see the mad crowd infront of cinema, film has got outstanding visual effects 10000 times better than what you see in trailer, just go for it, you will repent if you don’t see it, feel proud as as indian !!
@velocity, as per boi for chennai express: weekend=87.08 crs, first day=29.32 crs, 2nd day=26.46 crs, 3rd day=87.08-(29.32+26.46)=31.30 crs.. So biggest single day belongs to ce not ett as per boi. Yeah ett has biggest first day. But i also never follow boi.
