Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan has officially confirmed to our good friends over at Catch News that the theatrical trailer of ‘Kaabil’ will be released during Diwali this year. The trailer could be attached to the prints of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil or Shivaay, both of which are scheduled to release during the festive weekend.
Earlier today, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Roshan had said that it’s superstition that isn’t allowing him to change the release of the Sanjay Gupta-directed Kaabil.
We were able to confirm from trade sources that Roshan has never changed the release dates of his films, once they were officially announced. Being a superstitious person – the title of all his home-productions also start with the alphabet ‘K’ – Roshan has decided to go ahead with the ‘Republic Day weekend’ release of the film.

The problem that exist for both Raees and KJO film is that Pakistani actors are part of these two and the recent terrorist attack on the indians will have an effect on indian audiences who will boycott the films. One major factor is that as of now these two actors have not come out in defense of the attack. Plus SRK is known for supporting the country. It is obvious tempers will flare up but one cannot blame the indians I for one will not be in favor of these two films being release at this time. The producers should think clearly if not the loss will be great.

It is even more strange that SRK fans were wishing SLB to come on road during Christmas 2015 and the same SRK fans are wishing Padmavati to release and bash TZH during Christmas 2017. Tum logon ki hadd hi nahi girney mein !!!!!!!!!! :P
