The concept of the reality show, Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar, was the winners and runners-up of other singing based reality shows on Indian television contested. The winner from the extremely talented singers would be named the superstar.
Harshit Saxena, Rahul Vaidya and Abhijeet Sawant were the finalists, who contested for the coveted title of The Clinic All Clear Singing Superstar.
The final was attended by celebrities like Shahid Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Vidya Balan and Sonu Nigam.
