‘Kaafila’, written-directed and starred by Amtoje Maan with Sunny Deol in the lead role, has been given full clearance by the ruling high court of Pakistan for the simultaneous release of movie in Pakistan as the movie will hit the silver screens all over the world on August 10. This gives ‘Kaafila’ the title of being the first bollywood film to get a simultaneous Indo-Pak release. More than 20 trailors are on air from July 27th in the theatres of Pakistan and with this clearance there is an increase in the demand for the trailors in Pakistan.
When quizzed as to how he feels with this victory, “We are very happy that ?Kaafila?, which is based on human trafficking that is of global concern today, is being screened in India, Pakistan and the world over at the same time. We are looking at the film forging relationships between our countries further.” says Amtoje Maan.
