At the Tag Heuer event earlier this week, Shahrukh Khan was seen chatting with filmmaker Kunal Kohli.
Shahrukh spoke about Kohli’s 2004 film Hum Tum and quickly added that it was he who should’ve won the national award that year.
“Hum Tum was very nice. The actor of Hum Tum (Saif Ali Khan) won the national award, when I should have got it” Khan said.

Shahrukh was indirectly hinting at his Filmfare award-winning act in Swades, which is widely considered to be his career best performance. The following year, Saif Ali Khan was unanimously chosen as the Best Actor of the year for his performance in Hum Tum.
The debate rages on, more so because Saif’s mother Sharmila Tagore was the Censor Board chief back then. Also, Shahrukh has won every award in the industry, except the National Award.
Sudhir Mishra, who headed the 17-member national award jury, had said “His (Saif’s) acting is better and has improved a lot. We tried to be different this time”

@nipun,man I don’t know whether you excited more towards your point of view or critics point of view about lootera.let me tell you,lootera is a classic movie,but it’s classy almost finished when sonakshi took part of it.her not only look but also the facial expression,crying scenes not even come closer to,what exactly the story wants.it’s good to see someone supporting classic movies but movie seems not upto mark based on sonakshi’s chracter.main problem is you’re too much obsessed with lootera that you couldn’t see the truth.
coming to ratings,yes you’re making fun of IMDB even though it’s the largest review given and appreciation site among people.if you’re a good movie watcher than you don’t need a critics,that’s what I know.about critics,it differs from one to another.some critics even gave 3.5-4 star to movies like hasee to phasi,it’s beyond my laugh.although if you think like fans give wrong rating to their movies in IMDB,then might films like SWADES,CDI,TZP couldn’t have place in above 8star position.I think IMDB staffs may later managed to suitable ratings that force attracts towards it.look @indicine also gave you the answer CE get 3.5/5 while both krrish3 and lootera got 4/5.so what’s a big deal,it’s a huge rating for a masala movie.I don’t know why you hate movies like CE,OSO they were made just for entertainment,still SRK gave his BEST in such kind of non classic movies.
again you compared one acting based movie ap with DON.why don’t you compare it with rohit series and dhoom2,lol.as I said earlier,agneepath is the most wanted movie for me in that year that I waited for it’s release due to it’s story.but the drawback of this movie is hr’s performance.this movie needs a angry expression of hero that could easily marked from the eye expression.but hr looks like innocent in this movie.when he tried to get angry,it seems like artificial.see BIGB in 1st ap and SRK in Baazigar is the best example for you.ewhile on the other hand,DON is a film that require classy of actors no need of intense besides some part,so in no way it could compare with ap lol.but being a romantic movie see SRK’s intense act in JTHJ.katrina only acted highly in 30% or less in that movie so the movie couldn’t decided basd upon her,still she gave better than her caliber.but that couldn’t make bad effect on JTHJ’s status like lootera.
it’s a request to you don’t say rohit series path breaking it’s make me laughable for long time.the difference between dhoom3 and k3 is,dhoom3 copied in a limit but k3’s copy is out of control-just for example the hero,villain,flying scene,giving antidotes all are exact match with hollywood movies.you can say krrish is better than krrish3,at least it limited power krrish from being magneto,professor and man of steel at a time also the interesting sun passing scene,how could I forget heart breaking scenes.lol.yes d3 has some parts of prestige,dark night theme,you can see me,fast and furious but it didn’t realised audience directly being a copy.they limited in a huge,although hr’s performance far better than amir,but the name dhoom created much impact.hope you understood it.

in 2013 movies,4 big films made yjhd,CE,k3,d3.among those most crapiest I found is yjhd.it makes fool people trickily so as d3.about k3 it could have been much better if rakeshji couldn’t have used that x-super-spider man’s character.what you said me be proud of Indian films,I do and will always do but in that a separate way not in a plagiarized way,I somewhat appreciate krrish3 but impossible to appreciate kmg and k3.I compared hr’s act better than amir not with any other stars.but SRK’s comedy may not be upto mark in CE but his intense act definitely be the BEST act of 2013 however CE is a masala based movie,so I couldn’t compare him with other classic film’s stars.
you said CE is copy from many south movie,but you couldn’t say exactly from which movie it copied?being a SRK fan,I’ll never hesitate to say about copying of films,CE inspired by his own film DDLJ,rest you could use your mind.otherwise SRK is not a fool who’ll do 3rd class south remakes.every time he does romantic movies but this time he show romance between two different zone in a funny way,however people compared it with 3rd class remakes only because he has south connection and the back ground of movie seems like that and the supporting actor’s act.he wants to spread how to love but many morons learnt how to hate him.but it couldn’t make a little impact upon his caliber that he is going to show you next year again.
don’t think I’m jealous of any actor and biased them,this what my thought about 2013.last yes if you think by loving good films like JTHJ proved my low iq,then I salute to that and wants to remain in that low iq forever.also wish you to remain in your good I mean best iq by liking k3 or lootera if it’ll give you pleasure.before many times I gave comments against hr and rakeshji only because of his fans for abusing SRK and forgot about the help of red chillies which compressed their budget in a huge amount.in return SRK get huge gift by their fans.I showed you comment against SRK’s article related to rajniji,hope you’ll stop that.I only used to give comments against sallu and amir because they hate SRK and jealous of him but SRK neither did that.otherwise I didn’t have any problem with any actor.hope you’ll understand it.

so what basically I want to tell you if you think about someone then you’ll like him,if you hate and doubt someone unreasonably than your mind will reach to hatred state against that one.so always follow your heart that’s what KING KHAN tell us.every movie affected by due to it’s own and it’s actor not by negativity.but Ra One is a exception that even half of it’s tickets remained unsold,but k3’s condition is far better than it,then why you feel sorry.we also didn’t blame anybody for Ra One’s less success.robot,Ra One,krrish series couldn’t be exceptional films that will bollywood shows to world’s people,so it’s only made for us.so if you couldn’t like SRK then we are nor forcing to like him but requesting to you to please don’t scold and give comments against him.
last thing about JTHJ and lootera:both are classic films.In JTHJ chemistry between SRK and kat,anushka is awesome while in lootera perfect chemistry couldn’t made.though sonakhsi’s act little better than kat.but the movie totally depended on SRK,while 30% contained kat and anushka.I couldn’t find such amazing act in lootera that SRK did in JTHJ,how could only katrina can screwed the movie.though her crying scenes looks imperfect in movies that suited a nri girl.it’s about feeling,even titanic also not a masterpiece for some people on earth.but I couldn’t compare JTHJ with it.about critics rating:I also gave rating to many movies in IMDB that I showed you which differs slightly from IMDB.for which I prefers IMDB.very least of movies got bad rating by it.while every critic’s rating is different just like people.than why to blame people although IMDB gave suitable rating to each and every movies.
Bhaiya i am not an srk fan ata all but yes he deserves the national award for swades …even swades is one of my all time fav movie…dirty politics sucks
