After breaking all records on Youtube with 23 million views for the theatrical trailer of Krrish 3 and nearly 12.5 million views for the teaser of Bang Bang, the ‘King of Youtube’ Hrithik Roshan has another promo that has gone viral on Youtube.
Tu Meri has garnered 2.4 million views in 3 days since its release on the world’s most popular video sharing website. The title of the song was also the top trend on Twitter before its release.
For Zee Music Company, Tu Meri is their third most popular video on Youtube in just 3 days. The song is behind ‘Piya Ke Bazaar Mein – Humshakals’ (2.8 million views) and ‘Tu Hi Toh Hai – Holiday’ (2.7 million views). It should eventually go on to be their most popular song in just 4 days.

So you were at class and instead of concentrating on your education you spent time looking at a crappy article about ‘Youtube Views’ and took more time out to read the comments section… Most of us are at work and have ample free time to surf the net but that shouldnt be the case for kids in the education system…

Tu Meri gets a 2 star rating bcoz its neither catchy nor good to look at… Dancing is good granted but so was Tigers dancing in ‘whistle baja’ or Varuns ‘saturday’ but still you cant give more than 1 star for dancing…. A song is first n foremost about the audio- good lyrics n great singing- on that basis Tu Meri is not as great as Jumme Ki Raat or a Teri Meri as Mika and Rahat Sir were brrrrilliant….!

Just saying ‘tu meri’ like a million times doesnt make it a great song…
Dancing is his forte but injuries are catching up with him but to his childish fans it looks great seeing Hrithik sway his arms about, hurling them in the air uncontrollably n they will replicate that the next day at school by also throwing their hands up in the air…

Yes, hro had better dance numbers. But you cann’t compare hardcore dance number like dhoom again and fire with simple dance numbers like Tu Meri which belongs to romantic pop number.
@sagar: there are so many songs in bollywood and english with repeated words like “kamli” “malang” “badtameez dil” . There is nothing wrong in this if the composition requires it.

Hrithik and Katrina are now grooving the MJ way.
If you happen to be in Mumbai’s Film City, you could bump into Hrithik Roshan shaking a leg, a la the King of Pop Michael Jackson. And keeping him company is Katrina Kaif.
The actors are presently shooting a special video for their upcoming action thriller, Bang Bang. It is the title track, choreographed by Bosco-Ceaser, which will be on air by mid-September.
“I won’t call it a tribute or a copy. But it definitely has the trademark Michael Jackson moves,” says director Siddharth Anand.
The MJ track was Siddharth’s brainchild and he has been working closely with music directors, Vishal-Shekhar, on it for the last few months.
“Once the song was ready, we played it to Hrithik and he quipped, ‘Hey, this is typical MJ!’ That’s exactly the kind of reaction I was looking for. It’s a first for him and Katrina too,” says Siddharth excitedly.
He says that the reference to his idol is unmistakable but the choreography does not include any copied steps.
“We are not doing the moonwalk but it will still be a treat,” he promises.
