After breaking all records on Youtube with 23 million views for the theatrical trailer of Krrish 3 and nearly 12.5 million views for the teaser of Bang Bang, the ‘King of Youtube’ Hrithik Roshan has another promo that has gone viral on Youtube.
Tu Meri has garnered 2.4 million views in 3 days since its release on the world’s most popular video sharing website. The title of the song was also the top trend on Twitter before its release.
For Zee Music Company, Tu Meri is their third most popular video on Youtube in just 3 days. The song is behind ‘Piya Ke Bazaar Mein – Humshakals’ (2.8 million views) and ‘Tu Hi Toh Hai – Holiday’ (2.7 million views). It should eventually go on to be their most popular song in just 4 days.

Well, to be honest song is not “extra-ordinary” like dhoom again aur ek pal ka jeena. But it’s nice,simple and catchy. But what makes it great is undoubtedly the dance by “GOD OF DANCE”. He has given his everything to it. His expressions are killing. The chemistry between hro-kat looks extremely beautiful!
@Indicine..thks for the info. I missed on that fact. Also I ignored the decent difference in time span of both videos. I myself am a die hard Hritik fan and cant be more happy for this milestone of his.

watched the song and frankly speaking disappointed.I loved the song, its catchy and become chartbuster. but what happen to hrithik Dance, first Raghupati and now tu meri.The dance moves of hrithik neither has any novelty nor that pacy.for example just look its magic,dhoom again and than the best “fire” from kites.when I seen that song anytime I got a feeling that no one catch hrithik is dance. but last two dance song of him hugely disappointed as after seeing them we can still think we have seen better dance by dancer like Shahid And Varun.another thing why they underutilised kat.if you have best two dancer atleast utilised them.Kat is wonderful dancer how can someone utilised her i n this beautiful and catchy dance number. I will rate 2/5 for dance (sorry but hrithik has set his standard very high) and 4/5 for song.as it is very catchy and chartbuster.Music is superb.Over all thumbs up.

If you are watching video from same pc or mobile again and again then only one view will be counted if you are watching videos from different pc then count will increase
@Dev, best way to test is to try refreshing a page that has very less views. Videos that get a lot of views, the view count gets cached, which is why it doesn’t update every view.

I showed the video to all of my friends and each and every othem found the song average to good. But no one of them had a complain about hrithik’s dance moves. I have checked the response in twitter, they all loved hrithik’s dance,but some of them found it an average song.
BTW,how can u give 2 stars to the dance moves? ? Steps were simple.but not bad! Hrithik’s steps were just perfect. 2 stars means a bad dance. I didn’t find it “bad”. Yes, hrithik had always set a standrd with “fire” which i feel his best one so far(technically). And this tu meri dance is not as difficult as fire,kraazy 4 or main aisa kyun hoon. It’s simple. But simpicity doesn’t bad. It’s not a hardcore dancer number either. As for theme, it has been choregraphed. It was a theme where hro tried to propose kat. .that’s why kat was n’t given much steps.
2 stars indicate “bad” which isn’t applicable for tu meri. Wondering how a sensible user used invalid points in ratings! I know it was a simple dance number. But how come the dance moves are bad!

but @Indicine proved us wrong..the video mentioned by them does actually gets a +1 view count on every refresh. But then the term ‘viral’ means nothing..because it is an easy task to write a script that would refresh the page like 10 times in a couple of seconds..and that way a single person or the publishers themselves can control the view count by increasing it as and when they like. So, who knows it went viral or the publishers ran a refreshing script on the page..
so I gave it a thought. I researched a bit..and discovered..the count increases on refresh only upto 301 views. Very often we see youtube shows count as “301+” So, once the count reaches 301..then youtube starts validating the views to make sure the views are discrete and not the repeated ones. This validating algorithm takes time and thus the count is not updated instantly, so in the meanwhile they just display “301+” views. And after that they keep updating the count only for the new valid views discarding the refreshed views or view from the same IP or ID. Thats how we know for sure that the video went viral or not. :)
@nipun I rated 2/5 for hr dance while for song I given 4/5 as it is catchy, even you mentioned its no where to hr previous unmatchable dance, mostly I wasn’t give much care for dance of any actor but if hr which is god of dance for you guys how can I rated him even good when his step no where close to his some of best and the makers intention was just to cash on hr moves so they ignore kat completely.So a dance no. like Badtameej dil which should been stick on hero than you even forget gorgeous deepika in song, I m not hritik fan but I loving his dancing so good performance is nothing when you are best in business.So let’s you keep enjoy hr moves while I enjoy song and music.Btw you not song lacks wording it’s rely on title still lovable

I have done it, nothing happened the same view count
I have watched my personal video on YouTube several times but it didn’t count view as it was from same IP address
The lyrics of the song was downrihht bad and also most of the tunes seem copied from western numbers. All hrithik does is repeat one cool step over and over. None of his dance routines have had any zing since dhoom 2, disapointed.
