Hrithik’s entry increases Khan Club brand value

The Khan Club was defeated by the Bachchans by Rs. 15 crores (almost $4 million) but, now they need not worry as they have the superhero ?Krrish? on their side. The Khan’s defeat the Bachchans by Rs.110 crores (almost $26 million).

Bollywood is currently divided into two clubs the Khan Club- headed by Shahrukh Khan with Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan as it members. The second Club is the Bachchans which has Big B Abhishek and Abhi-n-Ash. Both clubs are fighting over not just movies but, even something bigger ?Brand value?.

Media Pundits have declared the Bachchan Club as the biggest brand with Big B?s brand value being Rs. 100 crore ($25 million), Ash being Rs. 65 crore (over $16 million) while Abhishek is worth Rs. 50 crores ($12.5 million), so that makes the Bachchan brand worth Rs. 215 crores ($53.5 million).

On the other hand, King Khan?s brand value is Rs. 100 crores ($25 million), Salman may not have many brands but, he is also worth Rs. 50 crores ($12.5 million). Saif endorses a glut of brands and he is worth Rs. 50 crores ($12.5 million). So SRK, Sallu and Saif total up to Rs. 200 crores ($50 million).

Hrithik?s entry in the Khan Club has pumped up the Khan Club value to Rs. 325 crores (over $81 million). Hrithik was quite offended for not being invited to the Abhi-Ash wedding and that was one of the drivers that made him join the Khans.

It will be fun to wait and watch what plans do ?Sarkar? and ?Guru? have to fight ?Krrish? the ultimate ?Khans?.
