The recently released ‘Tamasha’ trailer starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead, has received a mixed response. While the chemistry between Deepika and Ranbir has been liked, a lot of people have been either left ‘confused’ or dissatisfied by the trailer not offering anything new.
On Youtube, the trailer page has received 20,745 like versus 4,207 dislikes, which isn’t a great ratio, as most ‘liked’ trailers have less than 10% dislikes.

Fantastic Trailer 1st day 1st show.
Honestly the trailer is very bad . It is a typical Rom Com and i have seen many such movies . Jab We Met was a brilliant movie, Rockstar was average especially the 2nd half but Ranbir’s performance was incredible and the music was soul touching . I have not seen Love Aaj Kal and Socha Na Tha . Highway was a superb movie . It is by far Alia’s Best Performance . Imtiaz Ali should try something new and he should not make love stories again and again . Why Ranbir is doing such kind of movies again and again is beyond me ? Their chemistry and the music will be good i think so but i doubt the overall content of the movie . If the content works then it might be successful but if not it will be a flop . So overall disappointed expected much more from Imtiaz Ali .

Come on guys it’s a romcom,you will have all these moments,you can’t divert much or explore much if you are making a romcom still i m sure Imtiaz ali would have made a nice refreshing film..His every film has had something new to offer.

There was a time when I couldn’t wait for an Imtiaz Ali film. Now I have realized all of his films are the same.
The Hero or Herione is confused about what he/she wants from life. They don’t even know if they love each other. But one of them knows the other one loves him/her. One of them teaches the other to be happy and do what makes him happy. They take a break. Later they realize they actually loved each other.
Take all Imtiaz Ali films. They’re the same. Fed up.
same done to death rom com story.. same coming of age kinda movie from ranbir.. the moment he does anything outside rom com he falls flat.. the moment he does rom com it looks repetitive.. it luks like a mix of all rom com films.. u get a feeling u have seen it before.. it has nothing new to offer.. watever the fate of the film the trailer has not garnered any interest for me to watch it..
