During times when every actor is trying to outdo the other to acquire the perfect physique, Shahrukh Khan has shocked his fans and the entire film fraternity with the first look of his 10 pack abs from Happy New Year.
A source close to the actor says, he began seriously working on his physique for the film about an year ago. Shahrukh was trained by Prashant Sawant, the founder of Bodysculptor, who has also trained actors like Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan and Varun Dhawan.
Shahrukh also made use of ‘Technoshape’, a workout unit which costs a whopping Rs 16 lakhs!
Technoshape is popular in the UK and endorsed by celebrities like Peter Andre, Millie Mackintosh and even a few cricket and football players. The device transforms the body’s ability to burn fat around the midriff (the ab region), using a combination of exercise to increase metabolism and patented Pressure Pause Therapy to increase blood circulation locally. This results in a flatter stomach, slimmer waist, better blood circulation and firmer skin, as well as improved well-being.
Back in November 2013, the actor had tweeted a picture of Technoshape with the words “My new gizmo for abs…the TechnoShape. Now u just wait and see…yeah!! ”

Wow I am a gym guy and I can tell a great body when I see it and SRK definitely has the best body in bollywood(along with HR)…………………but another thing I can tell is HATERZ……………….everything SRK does u will see a million mindless salmir haterz on indicine,youtube,fb etc. critizing without any thought as they as just jealous and wishes failure on SRK……………theres nothing wrong with HNY trailer, Indawaale song and SRK abs,,,,,,but they just want to spend tremendous negativity cuz they know HNY has potential to do 250+ and they are insecure………………..SRK could make the best movie, best performance like CDI and VZ and they still will say movie sucks, SRK sucks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,what a bunch of losers,,,,,,,,,,,,,everytime u guys hate on SRK articles u just appear to me like a bunch of whiny toddlers lol :)

I am just counting the abs of srk from quite some time but still couldn’t found 10 abs yet, may be I should take class from complain boy. Indicine had given three articles for the same thing and same pic , I think they are complimenting of two other articles which they couldn’t published due to secrecy of srk.

Quite an impressive work team. srk did hard work wish he should concentrate a body overall than only abs.
@Arsal. Google it, u will find many who have 10 pack abs. U could count it easily if u know to count up to 10
@Shobhit. Agreed, it need atleast 2 or 3 years to achieve this feet. But how do u know sharukh didnt start working out 2 or 3 years back? For someone who has already made 6 pack abs before, for them it’s not impossible to build 10 pack abs in a year. But for someone who started fresh training cant achieve this in a year. And, I didnt say I know much abt body building. Since I workout, I know which muscles is difficult to get, that’s wht I said.

@soroop, first of all accept my apologies for saying that you did not know anything about gym. My bad , shouldnt have said that. I agree, that it is easy for a person who has trained for years to get back quickly. But he had 6 back in 2007 and frankly that was no body but just dieting , he had very little muscle. After that he didnt look mascular in any of his flicks. Here he has well defined vascularity so that is the reason I said he is on gear.

@Triniman , the abs are real for sure, the hardwork is also real but the there is also one thing which is real ” steroids”. Farhan had a similar looking body and that was purely due to roids and diuretics. The only person who is natural in hindi film industry is Akshay kumar. Although that is pure desi body with nothing to die for but that is what it is. That is natural for you. And yes Salman and Aamir are also juiced up.
its sad that someone like sahahrukh is involved in efforts to make public fool but he himself is bound to do all these gimmicks bcoz trailer of HNY has failed to creATe initial buzz around the muvi and even first song is lacking in substance and lacks stuff required to make it a blockbuster song.
