The trailer of Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year will be unveiled at a grand event that is scheduled to take place on August 14, a day before Independence Day.
On Wednesday, Red Chillies Entertainment, the producers of the film, officially announced that the trailer will be unveiled by Shahrukh Khan, Farah Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah at Sahara Star Hotel in Mumbai.
The invite has been titled ‘Happy New Year’ presents ‘Indiawaale’ celebrations..

Indiawaale sentiment is an integral element of the film hence on the eve of Independence Day, the first look of the film is being launched as a part of Indiawaale celebration
Unlike other trailer launches, there will be surprise performances based on the theme of Indiawaale and a huge digital campaign has been put in place to make sure that the trailer is seen by most of the audiences of Indian cinema across the globe
Happy New Year promises to be a “rollicking, flamboyant, colourful, witty, action-packed musical bonanza”. It will be distributed by Yash Raj Films worldwide, and in India, it will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

‘Happy New Year’ has been my dream project for a very long time and I am thrilled that Shah Rukh and I got back after seven years to make it. The first look is all important these days and we have worked very hard to make ours exciting, entertaining and encompassing the spirit of our film.
This trailer launch won’t just have mediapersons, but also for some fans who will also be present for the launch.

Oh my god…the king of Bollywood is back with a bang!!! Ian just waiting every second to watch it!! I still remember the number of times I watched the trailer of Rab ne banadi jodi…it was running continuously the whole night! In my laptop !!. Ian sure this movie will break all records and enter 300 crores!!!

After Kick entering 200 CR Club and Bang Bang teaser keet the audiences craving for more now the trailer of HNY will be interesting to watch . Let’s hope the trailer is good and let’s see how much Farah Khan has improved after TMK .
Yes HNY will be entertaining and a box office succesfull movie but i m waiting for PK trailer which is a class movie and will be 1000 time better than HNY
14th aug is pakistan independence day and film is on indiawale wow how smart farah khan and shahrukh khan are
HNY will be the biggest hit of this year IN SHA ALLAH due to these reasons;
1. Farah-SRK-Deepika deadly combination.
2. 14 open days with no big release clash.
3. YRF distribution in overseas.
4. Super hit music with great dancing sequences.
5. Entertainment throughout the movie in the form of music, dance, action and comedy.
Kick will end it’s run at a maximum of 235-240 Cr collection and PK will be affected by the clash with Welcome Back as it is a sequel to the hit film Welcome so 225-250 Cr range looks possible.
Talking about the collections of HNY, it will surely cross 250 crores IN SHA ALLAH and can even beat the record set by Dhoom 3 if the wom is positive.
