Ghanta Awards 2015 Winners

While the industry unites to grace the red carpet of various Bollywood film awards, only a select few celebrities were present for the award ceremony that names the worst of Bollywood in the year that has gone by. Only stars like Arshad Warsi, his wife Maria Goretti and Archana Puran Singh were present for the Ghanta Awards 2015.

Saif Ali Khan, who appeared in disasters like ‘Happy Ending’ and ‘Humshakals’, was named the Worst Actor of 2014. He shared the award with his co-stars Riteish Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor. Sonakshi Sinha was declared the worst actress for her performance in Holiday and Action Jackson.

Farah Khan wasn’t present to collect her ‘Worst Director’ trophy for Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year. Her brother Sajid Khan deserved to win something and he did, the biggest award of the evening – Worst Film.

  • Oh No!!! How could they ignore our Bhai. This award is being dominated by our Bhai and his films since ages. Biased award. This is the only award our Bhai deserves but still they ignored him. Anyways #BhaiRoxx

  • Worst Director should be Sajid Khan for Humshakals
Sonam Kapoor miscasting in Khoobsurat?????? It’s a mis judgement for sure
    All others are acceptable

  • Worst Brand Endorsement should have been won by our Bhai for Swachch Bharat Campaign.
Actually our Bhai could not understand the meaning of Swachch Bharat Campaign.
That’s why he cleaned the city with his broom and the human beings with his car.

  • Hahahaha !!!!! Farah Khan for HNY was too much fun !!!! unfortunately king missed it this time. Saif deserve this !!!!!!

  • seriously you should not insult a 2 time national award winner like this.genitals charm belongs to his character. What the fu..k do you mean by ajay’s of awards funny and well deserved.

  • Farah only got it because people have a bad image of her after tees maar khan. HNY was a superhit and good entertainer and no different to other masala films.

  • Some people cant even write a sentence without naming Salman it. Good to see Salman rules even their minds. Love him or Hate him but cannot ignore him !!!!!!!!

  • This is for our dear @Babaji :
A humble answer to some of your wrong conceptions :
    1. You are one of those ‘precious’ people who think SRK can’t give HIT without Deepika . Really ?
    Let’s see . SRK + Deepika = 227 cr
    Akki + Deepika = 70 cr
    Get that ?
    2. You also mentioned that one of the factors behind DON 2 becoming HIT was Priyanka . Really ?
    Let’s see . SRK + Priyanka = 110 cr
    Akki + Priyanka = 19 cr
    Get that ?
    3. You also talked about Ra.One . Better don’t talk . Poorly received film of SRK does 120 cr, becomes HIT . But poorly receved film of Akki can’t cross 40 cr, that too on Christmas .
    Get that ?
4 . You said something about JTHJ . Please don’t . So called crap movie does 125 cr . But acclaimed film of Akki with more screens can’t cross 100 cr .
    Get that ?
@ INDICINE , I know this comment is irrelevant ; but please do post .

  • Happy new year was not that bad film;though it was not up to the expectations. Worst director would’ve been either Sajid Khan for Humshakals or Prabhu Deva for Action Jackson.

  • oh no!!!!!how can they forget our bhai’s epic golden disaster classic jai ho and bhai’s brother sohail?and the most irritated tapori song of the year-jumme ki raat/apna kaam sad I think ghanta award will surely target bhai next year, lol.

  • srk and salman r more deserving than saif ali.. srk overacted in hny and salman is most overrated actor in bollywood becoz he plays 1 character in his all movies.

  • I think our Bhai paid the hosts not to honour him with these prestigeous awards. Otherwise he was the undisputed king of Ghanta Awards. #BhaiRoxx

  • @phenom,why you compare 2012 filims collection with 2002 filims collection.fool.
Amitaph biggest hit sholay collect less than ranbir flop besharam.according to your calculator bigb is a kid in terms of stardom and acting.
    Mistakes in your flop comparision
akshays crap film collect almost 70 crore in 2010 xmass.
Aksahay+priynka does above 40 crores in mujse shadi karogi.

  • All are good and almost well-deserved except the miscast catagory. Sonam was good in Khoobsurat. Worst director should have been Sajid khan or Prabhu Deva. Anyway, Ghanta Award is much better than Golden Kela Award.

  • India have won 9 match back to back also india created history all out oppositon 5 times within 50 overs well played india . Dhawan & rohit batting is very good . Pak entered in quartar finals with the help of india . Cheers

  • Salman as a boxer in Sultan..
Aamir as a pehelwan in Dangal..
SRK still spreading legs n doin titanic pose in multistarrer movies.

  • Agree with most awards.. although worst film and worst director should have gone to Action Jackson and Prabhu Deva.. that was by far the worst I have seen in 2014.. with Jai Ho and Humshakals as the close second and third.

  • Lol worst director farah khan – joke of the year
HNY and kick both are good entertainmener
Ghanta movie should go to one of following
    Sajid khan, prabhudeva sidharth anand.
