The much-awaited trailer of Akshay Kumar’s Gabbar Is Back is out! The film promises to be a out-an-out commercial entertainer, much like Rowdy Rathore, which was also a remake of a South Indian blockbuster.
Quick Review: Gabbar Is Back has every possible commercial ingredient to emerge a winner with the masses. The story is about a man who takes decides to fight corruption in his own way. He takes law in his own hands to fight the corrupt and therefore restore justice in the society. As he goes about eliminating corrupt people from all walks of life, pressure mounts on the police and government to track down this unidentified man who is named Gabbar.
Akshay impresses with his dialogue delivery and action sequences. The lead antagonist Suman Talwar, who has played negative roles in films like Sivaji – The Boss, is impressive too. Since the film is based on the iconic character of ‘Gabbar’ from Sholay, the dialogues make a huge impact too.
For those who love typical South Indian masala entertainment, films that are played endlessly on television, Gabbar is Back will be a film to watch out for. If music clicks, the film could get the biggest opening for a film starring Akshay Kumar.

Ha ha,south movie lovers said ,the trailer is superb.I want to ask them can this movie rrmain free from those crap actions that all south Indian shitty remakes had?I know it’s no.and who is this crap director 1stly listened his name?same crap directors and a new crap south actor also included as always,as they are perfectly matches to these craps.my request to all Indians not to spend even a penny for these kind of low grade movies.

@ all the akshay fans and also those who liked the trailer, please do not forget the debacle called BOSS, its trailer was also awesome, and you all know what happened at box office, so please do not make any predictions and one more thing this is a huge risk which akshay is taking, if the film clicks then sky is limit, however, if audience response is mixed then it will further dampen the prospects of BROTHERS also which according to me has the potential to cross 200 crores

But airlift will fail to touch 100, and once again it will prove that an akshay kumar solo starring movie without remake never touch 100 cr.
Once again his fans find this movie as a classic, cause they are unaware of what real class is.
It really need guts to experiment in some other genres such as ‘Romance’ ‘Family’ or an intense role rather than doing same secure remake script or thrillers….
