Both Hindi movies have opened poorly at the box office on Friday. Fitoor is disastrous considering the budget of the film. Sanam Re has taken a better start at places, but the film should have opened better – after all, the film had hit music and sustained promotional campaign by T-Series.
The average start for Fitoor is around 10-15%, while Sanam Re is slightly ahead with opening in the range of 15-20%. The Hollywood release of the week has taken a much better start as compared to both Hindi releases. In major cities, the morning show occupancy of Deadpool was around 40-45%.
Fitoor needs to show growth on Friday itself to have any chance of doing well in the long run. Early reports aren’t very positive, as such films are to a certain extent dependent on critical acclaim.

Deadpool was actually the best film I’ve seen in a while, did not disappoint at all. Seriously, go and see it ASAP. Surprisingly heartfelt and holding some FANTASTIC action sequences.

And they say that it has a longest kiss scene of bollywood just few days before the movie release, if kiss scene makes movie hit than Emraan Hashmi all movies will be Blockbuster or I can say All Time Blockbuster, and all Salman Khan movies will be flop because he never kiss on movie….LOL
I was waiting from morning for the occupancy article I guess now fitoor could be a disaster if it collects less than 6cr on its first day while recovery for sanam re will be a cakewalk as it’s budget is merely 15cr+ while fitoor is made on a whopping budget of 55cr+.
here’s hoping best for fitoor and sanam re as Bollywood needs a second hit after the super hit airlift.

Deadpool can gross over 50 cr in India alone. Quite a fan following for the character in India.
Deadpool is not worth referring to critics, unlike Fitoor and Sanam Re where u shud first refer to Critics and then go for it
