Here’s our prediction for the 59th Filmfare Awards 2014. There are likely to be quite a few more categories like the critics awards for Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Film, Scene Of The Year, Jodi Of The Year etc.
Earlier today, Filmfare released their list of nominees. Out of those, here are who we think are the leading contenders to win the Filmfare awards this year.
- Best Actor - Farhan Akhtar (Bhaag Milkha Bhaag)
- Best Actress – Deepika Padukone (Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela)
- Best Film - Bhaag Milkha Bhaag
- Best Director - Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra (Bhaag Milkha Bhaag)
- Best Actor in a supporting role - Rajkumar Rao (Kai Po Che)
- Best Actress in a supporting role - Supriya Pathak Kapur (Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela)
- Best Music - Ankit Tiwari, Mithoon and Jeet Ganguly (Aashiqui 2) / Pritam (Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani)
- Best Playback Singer Male - Arijit Singh – Tum Hi Ho (Aashiqui 2)
- Best Playback Singer Female - Shreya Ghoshal – Nagada (Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-leela)
- Best Lyrics - Prasoon Joshi – Zinda (Bhaag Milkha Bhaag)

It is not new thing, that Amir is being ignord by award shows, when they didnt give him award on gajini an RDB, so how can we expect anythng from the fake awards, no doubt 2013 was the year of Dhoom and Amir khan,
This is just pathetic. How can the so called Oscars of India pick Chennai Express over the Lunchbox, Lootera or Bombay Talkies? Worse yet, a nomination for SRK for Chennai Express, Ranveer for Ram Leela, Hrithik for Krish, and Shraddha blah blah over Irfan Khan and Nimrat Kaur? The Indian film industry has proved that is has absolutely no credibility, if at all an actual film jury in a sober state of mind did make these nominations.
Why people jeolus about srk getting awards….srk is talented..he deserve bcoz of his talent…even superstar amitabh sir also appriciated his talent…why some people are think srk bought awards…every bollywood celebruties have lots of money….they can also buy…kisne roka mhai…awards
Oh, Seriously come on this is not fair farhan is Flop!! Really like Shah Rukh Khan was best and will be forever i hate Faaaaaaaaaaarhaaaan the movie was pathetic if dahnush from ranjhanna was winning this award i would say it’s okay because he acts better than farhan ..!! because farhan don’t know anything..!! i hate watching awards again because now a days people changed too. before a fan of SRK the king of Bollywood and now farhan The Floppy of Bollywood Seriously come on get a life .. i am bored of this i have been Voting and i was Happy and this filmfare awards is fake :/
I agree with some now a days we are getting bored of seeing a person who we love they don’t win and wasting time in internet and asking for friends to Vote too.!! this is so sad.. :( SRK is the best .. he really perform the best actor but he don’t win the best actor , it depends on haters who never loved him and jealousy comes out but still he is my hero xx love you SRK..
As per acting point of view, Dhanush should be the winner for Raanjhanaa. he puts his heart on this movie, Really really awesome acting.

I think Ranbir Kapoor deserves the best actor award. He has achieved alot in such a short span. Even the music of the film was good n catchy. Krissh 3, Dhoom 3, Chennai Express.. all were baseless.

At the best film category Chennai express and Yeh jawaani hai deewani did not deserve to be nominated, instead of that The lunchbox, Special 26 and madras cafe deserve to be nominated. At the best director Rohit shetty and Ayan mukherji definitely not deserve to be nominated, instead of that Rakesh roshan and Shoojit sircar deserve to be nominated. At the best actor award category Sharukhan did not deserve to be nominated, instead of that Irfan khan deserve to be nominated

Most of the people are right. It is a Fakefare award. You can see that Sunn Raha Hai na tu of Shreya Ghoshal has won most of the awards in 2013. But the winner is Monali Thakur. This unfair is done with Shreya in 3 consecutive year
