The security on the sets of Yash Raj Films’ upcoming film FAN is so tight that even Shahrukh Khan has been asked to deposit his phone before entering the sets of the film.
Sources say, everyone from the director to the cast and crew of the film has to keep their phones outside every morning before the shoot and retrieve it only after shoot wraps up. Apart from the shooting equipment, no other electronic device is allowed on the sets of the film.

Previously, the head honcho of Yash Raj Films, Aditya Chopra, had similar security arrangements during the shoot of Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3. However, a few stills from the film managed to leak on to the internet during the outdoor shoot.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma, FAN releases in theatres on August 14 2015.
This is the only right n proper thing to do- afterall with 3.7 billion fans worlwide YRF can hold a competition in Paglapurian daily paper- ‘Times Of Paglapur’ as to which fan ‘FAN’ is picturised on. Winner will get a Skeleton Man doll n not one but 2 lungis….!
This strategy will ensure that every single fan worldwide will inadvertedly watch kings movie in theatres to see the unveiling of the lucky fan in movie and actual winner of competition after the show…! With this king can finally not just beat Dhoom 3 or PK but also smash AVATARs record too…!

On that front, srk is very disciplined. He totally surrunder him to the film makes vision. I never heard that srk did have any creative difference or personal clash with any film makers. From yash chopra, subash ghai to Rohit shetty all want to repeat him. Even to his co star, he is highly praised for his dedication and friendly behavior. As a producer he is top niched, i repeat one of best producer in Bollywood. He make movies from his own money and spend money like water if needed. All redchillis movies have top class production value.
@Indicine can answer that. But as i know, Kick were sold for very his price to individual distributors. More that Chennai express’s lifetime DS and bit less than Dhoom 3’s lifetime. So individual distributors bound to loose some money. Jai ho loose money for allmost all distributos same as dabaang 2. But it totally my point of view. Indicine can tell better.
@Hrithik — Lol…The WB distributors have suffered a loss of more than 1crs through KICK….Everybody knows that to earb distributors profit KICK have to cross at least 230 crs (BOI) or 250 crs (Others)…..A third rank in the top distributors sharw dosen’t mean that the distributors ran into profit.lol

@Dhruve nobody will put in discussion regarding selling price and budget of salman and Amir movies. It’s only happens when srks movies about to release. Here’ kick distribution price (selling price) is similar to ce distribution share (115 cr) while kick Dist share also same (117) how just 2 cr profit on selling price. Few distributor might have earned few laks, few may be recovered their cost while remaing are in loosing proportion. This same deal like ra1. How come fraudulent Boi called it blockbuster. Box Office Collection to Break Even = 266 cr (almost equal to Dhoom 3)
Film is a huge hit at box office with out any doubt but distributors will find tough to recover investment if it finishes below 240 cr nett which seems the case at the moment. For example, West Bengal was sold for close to 6-6.20 cr and it has collection of 7.86 cr nett (3.72 cr share) and so distributor is set to lose in range of 1 cr. Story is similar in most of the territories.
Film has total of 173 cr nett plus in 8 days and that means film will cross 200 cr nett in weekend two or 11th day. In overseas market, film was good over the week and collected close to 42.85 cr nett in 7 days. Worldwide film has crossed 200 cr nett which is 1st for Salman Khan.
This is called precautionary steps taken by the Team as the same production team suffered from dhoom 3 where so many clicks were shared on net so they are taking all steps as they want to maintain secrecy
