Like we mentioned in some of our previous updates, Saturday was crucial for Ek Tha Tiger. If business remained flat, it was highly unlikely, that the film would show a huge jump in business on Sunday.
Fortunately, the multiplexes – especially at the bigger centres picked up by 10-15%, while the single-screens remained steady on the lower side. The numbers are on similar levels as Thursday. As per early estimates, Saturday business is likely to be around 15-16 crores nett – taking the 4 day total to 75-76 crores.
Coming to the all-important Sunday, the morning shows haven’t really picked up massively – which is expected, as business on Sunday’s normally picks up from noon.
The advance booking is good, but nothing compared to the mad-rush for tickets on the first day.
Update 3PM: The official collections (from Yashraj) for Saturday is Rs 16.75 crores.
Update 6:30 PM: Has picked up all over on Sunday. Most theatres had upwards of 75% occupancy for the afternoon shows. Sunday should be 20-21 crores. Outside chance of crossing 100 crores in 5 days.

So thats sure it will not even cross the 100 crore target on monday but it will also cross the liftime collections of Ra.ONE of monday or tuesday means on its 6th or 7th day :) i knOw it will be too hard 4 srk fans to axept but fact is always bitter and u have to axept it :)
And why srk fans r forgetting k salman k huge fan club mein half se be Ziadah muslims hain and it was ramadan so muslims could watch the movie but still just our nOn muslim bro and sis contributed extremely well and helped ETT to gain such a huge collection in 5 days so NOW just Imagin kal se EID start hoga toh muslim fans be contribute karenge toh Collections kahan se kahan jaenge :)

Woow Saturday collections 16.5 crs and Sunday by early estimate is 20-22 crs. If Salman haters are still saying that movie is rejected then UN SE bara BAIGAIRAT dunya main nahi hoga. Might touch 100 crs Sunday … If not then it will be 97- 98 crores in 5 days and guess what all 5 days were in Ramadan. Will cross babang in its first extended week. Pure Salmania….

just saw ek tha tiger at dubai city centre mutiplex packed housefull for back to back shows.. it was a decent movie , with great action especially the beginning scene
however , you could clear see that sallu bhai was restricted and he was being directed by kabir khan (which is not a bad thing)…i m sure it will cross bodyguard …however very doubtful that it will be near 3 idiots….

Highly overated movie. Although the performances from Salman & Katrina, surprisingly, are fabulous and perhaps the only thing that stands out in the movie. Otherwise the direction aspects and story are both poor. I’m more disappointed in Kabir Khan for moulding the movie to be how it is, as the actors cannot be blamed, they gave their utmost best. ETT may be reigning supreme in terms of bow office, which is most likely to drop by Thursday, but critically its a reject.
Watch it for Salman’s charisma & stunning Katrina only …
According to me, this year clearly belongs to SRK, his next looks appealing, and will certainly be criticallly acclaimed and set new highs at the box office.

I can see all the time indicine team coming and defending the movie. A hype, increase in ticket price, 3500 screen release, 8 – 10 shows per day and still the movie is not collecting the way it should have been. Dont compare this movie with RA 1 & Agneepath. They were masterpiece work. Take a bow indicine.

When I saw Dabanng, there was nothing more than Salman Khan’s fifth standard children dance & tenth standard children action scene without a solid script.
