Like we mentioned in some of our previous updates, Saturday was crucial for Ek Tha Tiger. If business remained flat, it was highly unlikely, that the film would show a huge jump in business on Sunday.
Fortunately, the multiplexes – especially at the bigger centres picked up by 10-15%, while the single-screens remained steady on the lower side. The numbers are on similar levels as Thursday. As per early estimates, Saturday business is likely to be around 15-16 crores nett – taking the 4 day total to 75-76 crores.
Coming to the all-important Sunday, the morning shows haven’t really picked up massively – which is expected, as business on Sunday’s normally picks up from noon.
The advance booking is good, but nothing compared to the mad-rush for tickets on the first day.
Update 3PM: The official collections (from Yashraj) for Saturday is Rs 16.75 crores.
Update 6:30 PM: Has picked up all over on Sunday. Most theatres had upwards of 75% occupancy for the afternoon shows. Sunday should be 20-21 crores. Outside chance of crossing 100 crores in 5 days.

i think this movie will not cross 150 crore.as some salman fans saying before ett released that it will collect 220,250,300 crores, but it wont.i m not saying that 150 crore is not good.but dont expect so much.

16 cr for Saturday and 20 is on for Sunday. Biggest slap on the face of Salman haters. Come on guys .. Who u r kidding with by saying movie is rejected. Or movie did ceap business.. And some even saying movie is rejected so it will end up with 150 crs only.. Hahaga. Do u even know what 150 cr means.. No movie other tahn 3 idiots in the history of Indian cinema has ever touched 150 crs. 20 crs on Sunday means 95-96 crs for five days and then Eid.. So the week will end with over 135-140 crs. Woooow only Salman can do this.
