Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan thanked his fans and well-wishers after ‘Dhoom 2’, one of the biggest blockbusters of his career, completed 10 years.
The actor said, the film will always be a milestone that he will cherish.
“Thank you for the trend guys. ‘Dhoom 2’ will always be a milestone I will cherish. Love you all.”
Hrithik’s co-actor Abhishek Bachchan also thanked his fans, producer Aditya Chopra, co-stars and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
“10 Years ‘Dhoom 2’ the best of friends and the best memories. Thank you Sanjay Gadhvi, Uday Chopra, Bipasha Basu, Hrithik and the Mrs,” Abhishek tweeted.
“#10YearsDhoom2 to Adi for believing in us and the entire crew for supporting us.” he posted in his next tweet.
Released on November 24 2006, ‘Dhoom 2’ opened to full houses across the country. The morning shows were running ‘over occupancy’ with extra chairs added to accommodate the crowd. The film went on to become the highest grosser of all time. It was also the biggest year of Hrithik’s career when he delivered two back-to-back blockbusters and ended the year as the biggest star in the industry.

YRF knew Mr.A cannot be killed off (like the others in D1 and d3) as he will comeback in the future to take the franchise into even greater heights.
guys if u dont like HR its ok….but dont lie….he was charismatic in d2…d1 is always better movie in series but hrithik was best villain…..d3 was worst in every department

Dhoom 1 was best. Dhoom 2 was good too but it was more focused on style than substance. D3 was a disappointment in terms of content as every one expected bigger & better. Hope D4 happens either Salman or Akki does it dont want any overactor to spoil it.

Dhoom 2 is the best movie of Dhoom series, and the credit goes to Hrithik and Ash combine, because Ash seen in a different avtar in this movie…….
Dhoom 3 is the worst part of the Dhoom series, or it’s not wrong if I say that it is worst action movie of all time, they have not shown anything in movie (like how Aamir rob the bank, we only see him coming out of bank and money is floating everywhere)……This movie works only because of YRF, Dhoom franchise, Christmas and New Year Holiday and Aamir Khan……Rest there is nothing in this movie, even that so called modified bike of Aamir, looks funny…….
The music helped and franchise factor helped it And hrithik was looking very ugly in the movie .
Yrf should cast hrithik in d4 again bcoz no one match his style and charisma…..yrf plz dont cast any tingu khans in d4 or any other action franchise they will completely ruin it like amir did with d4…..hahaha..tingu!!!

@nawaab, they won’t count, they know what would happen with DZ, it will collect less than Fan. So they are afraid of Bitter truths, as usual SRK fans (Indicine) don’t accept bitter truths. So they will definitely say that it’s cameo, n won’t accept truth coz they know the result. Mark my Word no one even Indicine won’t accept that SRK is lead actor, they’ll say it’s extended cameo coz of one more failure.
Dear SRKCine… if u won’t accept DZ as an SRK film then remove Dilwale from SRK’s list plz…
