Ajay Devgn is all set to unveil the theatrical trailer of his ambitious directorial venture ‘Shivaay’. But after a major fall-out with Eros (who have backed out of the film) and crores at stake, ‘Shivaay’ will be up against Karan Johar’s 6th film as director ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ – which releases on the same day during the festive weekend of Diwali.
Talking about the clash, Ajay said “It doesn’t matter. Everyone wishes a solo release but I am more concerned about what I am doing and not concerned about what others are doing”
“There is no pressure or anything. Both films are of different genres and we have space for both to do well. I have friends there (in the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil camp) that it’s better to avoid the clash and that we shouldn’t arrive together. So now it is their call”
Talking about his own film, Ajay said “I don’t want to call it a masterpiece. I am bored of mediocre films that we’ve been making, so someone has to raise the bars. For this film I haven’t taken any films since past two years.. this needed a lot of passion” Ajay added.

Shivaay is the second film to have a huge buzz after Sultan this year,a good trailer will ensure a very good opening,just like Singham Returns.
Shivaay clashes with any other movie or not but it will be one of the biggest grosser of the year I.e 100% sure..
