Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan has been named as ‘Bollywood’s Most Charitable Person’ by China based Hurun Research Institute (HRI).
According to the report, Shahrukh Khan’s company Red Chillies Entertainment has donated Rs 25 crore towards ‘Social and Rural development’, while Salman Khan’s Being Human has donated Rs 11 crore towards healthcare.
The report is for a period of one-and-a-half years, starting from April 2013 to October 2014.

Entrepreneur, philantrophist and the founder of UTV Group, Ronnie Screwvala and his wife Zarina, have donated Rs 350 crore towards social causes.
HRI has named Wipro chairman, Azim Premji, as the ‘Most Charitable person in India’. He has donated Rs 12,316 crore towards charity.

When someone does charity, it is HIS/HER CALL HOW MUCH TO DONATE. We should appreciate the fact that superstars are donating big amounts for charity, rather than comparing the amounts.
I think not just Oscar, Sir Sambuddha also deserves 6 month holiday package along with Arnab Goswami, KRK, Rakhi Sawant and Dolly Bindra.

It is to be noted that Salman khan has earn a lot more than SRK during the period between April 2013 and October 2014, yet SRK has done more than double what Salman has done. However, Salman was talking, talking. talking keep on talking cos Media wouldnt if he do nothing therefore, he has done 11 crs, great. Previously also Sharukh khan has awarded with some UNESCO award for his charitable work which only SRF fans boast. Sharukh or his PR never boasted abt which proves he is the man with golden heart.

When the whole world was praising Salman khan and Aamir khan for his SMJ and criticising SRK, he was mum, didnt spoke a word abt charity. That’s the sign of true human being.

Srk has always done charity. More than others. He was awarded by UNESCO in 2011. He was appreciated during honorary doctorate in 2009. He created children ward in Nanavati hospital. He has cancer fund on his fathers name. He doesnt do activism like Aamir…
