Censor Board passes Farhan and Big B starrer Wazir without cuts!

There is great news for all Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar fans all over the country. The suspense thriller starring the two talented actors, Wazir, has been passed by the Central Board of Film Certification without any cuts. The movie which is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Raj Kumar Hirani, is all set to release on the 8th of January 2016.

The director of the film, Bejoy Nambiar, said, “We were hoping there would be no problems. I was worried about a couple scenes and shots. But thankfully we sailed through.”

Rumour had it that Bejoy himself voluntarily cut a love-making sequence between Farhan Akhtar and Aditi Rao Hydari so that the film would pass with a clean slate. But the director denies the fact completely

“This love scene never existed in our film” says Bejoy.

Nonetheless, the good thing is that the movie even with its violent content has been given a U/A certificate, so a wider range of audience can view the film. Besides Farhan and Big B, the movie also stars John Abraham in a pivotal role that has been kept under wraps.
