Still a month to go for new year, but we have our predictions for the Bollywood Awards 2010. The year, even if the remaining two releases – 3 Idiots and Rocket Singh – turn out to be blockbuster, has been pretty poor for Bollywood. With just 4 clean hits, the choices are few and the awards are likely to be very predictable.

- Best Playback Singer (Male) – Atif Aslam (Tera Hone Laga Hoon Main – Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani)
- Best Playback Singer (Female) – Sunidhi Chauhan (Mere Sang – New York)
- Best Supporting Actor (Male) – Neil Nitin Mukesh (New York)
- Best Supporting Actress (Female) – Vidya Balan (Paa)
If Rocket Singh – Salesman of the year turns out to be exceptionally good, it stands a good chance to win Best Film and Best Director awards.

Yes, coming from Rajkumar Hirani and Aamir Khan, expectations are bound to be high.. The last few films of both were critically acclaimed and highly successful commercially. Can’t get bigger or better…

Best actor: Salman Khan because he has given a superlative perfomances in Wanted and London Dreams.

Amitabh acting was gud in Paa..but not upto the Standard set by Salman in wanted and LD.I think when you talk about best actor in hindi movies,its not limited to acting only.A hero has to dance as well as act.He also should have heroism persona on the screen.Indicine is there any difference between best hero/best actor award.And can Salman get best supporting actor for LD???
I want to ask why acting in Indian cinema deserves an award wheneva an actor plays a childish role,like Hrithik in Koi mil gaya and now Amitabh in Paa.Salman’s voice,style,attitude,dance,acting was awesome in wanted.Then why he can’t be given an award even in predictions???Now I feel aamir is correct in not attending the award cermonies.I am hurt….Its Big B or SRK in awrds or Hrithik….Nobody else..I feel sad for Shahid Kapoor and Salman khan.But I am damn sure Salman will win viewer choice Best Actor award this year.What do you say Indicine?And I think Ajay Devgan should win Best Villian award for LD.

One more thing Amitabh Bachan is not the hero of the movie.He is in supporting role there.He is absent mostly in the first half of the movie.Movie wan’t named Auro.It was named as Paa.So who is the hero of the movie?Why Vidiyia is named in supporting actress award.I think she had more screen presence than Priyanka in Kameeney.

Even a negative actor can be the lead star also. For instance akshay in ajnabee, ajay in dewangee n london dreams, priyanka in aitraaz, and not to forget race. Each and every character was negative.
