Bol Bachchan has opened to a good response at the box-office on Friday, as the film collected Rs 11.5 crores nett on Day 1. It’s the biggest opening day for both Ajay Devgan and Abhishek Bachchan.
It’s also the highest for a Rohit Shetty directed film, as Golmaal 3 and Singham collected 8.3 crore and 9.1 crore respectively on it’s opening day.
In comparison to some of the other big releases this year, Bol Bachchan is behind Agneepath (21.7 crore), Housefull 2 (13.1 crore) and Rowdy Rathore (15 crore).
The occupancy for morning shows on Saturday, was similar to Friday. Stay tuned for all the weekend box office updates.
