Salman Khan was probably the first actor who started the trend of actors getting fitness-conscious and tiring it out in the gym. In the early 2000s, Hrithik Roshan took it to an altogether different level in his debut film Kaho Naa.. Pyaar Hai. Even the likes of Shahrukh Khan (Om Shanti Om) and Aamir Khan (Ghajini) have tirelessly worked out in the gym to acquire their 6, 8 and now 10-pack abs!
