The action director of upcoming Hollywood superhero film ‘Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice’, Aaron Crippen, has been roped in by the makers of Robot 2.0 to choreography and design the action sequences in the film directed by Shankar.
Aaron is the second action director, after Kenny Bates (Transformers) who is currently working on the stunts.
Tamil cinema’s Silva is training local stuntmen, but the final action stunts featuring Akshay Kumar and Rajnikanth will be supervised and arranged by the two Hollywood action director.
Set to be made on a budget of Rs 350 crore, Robot 2.0 also starring Amy Jackson as the female lead, will release in theatres in 2017.
Robot 2.0 will be the costliest Indian film of all time.

Good to hear all these action directors are roped for Robot 2 … Now of the movie’s story is good or engaging then this movie will be a huge grosser bcoz it’s genre belongs to classes as well as masses.
But if it’s story will be not good then it will loose money bcoz of its hude budget.
But the opening will not be HUGE..it will be BIGGEST AND GRAND.
Robot 2.0 is getting bigger and bigger day by day . Shankar, Rajni Sir, Akshay, Sequel, World Class VFX, High Class Action, Most Expensive movie in India and 3D What else do you want ? We have to admit that South Cinema is giving tough competition to Hindi Cinema . In 2015 they invested their money in Epic Baahubali . This year supposedly Baahubali : The Conclusion will release in December or Jan 2017 . Robot 2.0 is already getting huge buzz because of Rajni Sir and Akshay . The budget is huge the star cast is huge and the expectations will also be huge . Let’s hope the makers, cast and crew are able to fulfill the expectations of Common People . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will be huge and a treat to watch especially Akki in the lead and Rajni as the hero.
But I doubt it will yield any profits because of the huge budget. It will make the break even at most. My opinion though!

Ye south ke films kuch zyada hi apna budget and collections batate hai.
Don’t know how bahubali collects that huge from only 2-3 states n beats BB which s a mammoth grosser. I have lots of doubt. Dis films doesn’t have a star who can bring audience from everywhere.
N now robot 2.0 makers can say anything because they have a star who have d pan India appeal.
