Fox Star Studios has sent out a press release reconfirming the release date of Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif’s Bang Bang as October 2nd 2014.
Although the film was initially announced for release in May 2014, the head injury that Hrithik Roshan sustained while shooting for the film, meant that the entire schedule was delayed by a few months.
Earlier this year, Bang Bang was announced for theatrical release during the Gandhi Jayanti weekend. However, there was tremendous uncertainty over its release as two films ‘Phantom’ and ‘Mary Kom biopic’ were also officially announced to arrive on the same day.
There were also reports that Bang Bang may not release on October 2nd, as the shooting is only about 70% complete and the post-production work would also consume a lot of time.
But now that the release date has been reconfirmed by Fox, there are reports coming in that the makers of Kabir Khan’s Phantom will now release their film in the last week of November.

I am sure Nipun after watching the Looterean masterpiece like Mary Kom will praise the film in his each and every comment till the 2015 award season ends.
He will even do a “fast until death” to protest all mindless hollywood remakes which are daring to clash with the Looterean masterpiece.

Dhobi Aamir and spoonfed Hrithik are two most overrated actors. They lack expressions. They should learn acting from Red Chillies Acting School. They will have to take 60 year training to give a performance like CDI.
Hrithik just completed a 12hr long dance schedule for Bang Bang after which he is feeling the problem of Shin Splints.

After a couple of days the next schedule of Bang Bang will start in Abu Dhabi . This will be a one month long schedule where Hrithik and Katrina will perform some never seen before stunts like some car chase sequences . All the stunts are directed by Andy Armstrong . All the best to the team of Bang Bang i am very excited .

Hypocrite- Dhoom 3 had best action sequences EVER but will eagerly wait to see what Bang Bang has in store for the audiences- if its real or just silly doesnt matter coz I already know you will shout like the madman you are from the rooftops that Bang Bang puts Hollywood action movies to shame blah blah blah….
It was inevitable. While a clash would have affected the business of both the big films, but Phantom had more to loose because of lesser attraction to say the least. So, smart decision by team Phantom. Bang Bang will be huge, while Mary Kom will also be appreciated and might do well at the box office.

Umm. .first of all ,i don’t think it will happen. Mary kom can be compared to bmb as it’s based on someone’s biography. .
Secondly,i hope mary kom does well at BO as i love pc also. But as they clashed wid bang bang,it may turn out to be an average/flop at box office.
As for quality,i’m very much confident about bang bang action because it’s hrithik. In his entire career he has nt done a crap.

Vishal Bharadwaj’s last 2 directed movie were Matru Ki Bijli whatever, and 7 Khoon Maaf… all I can say is all the best to Haider.
PC is a great actress, but her best and last was Kaminey. She over did in 7 Khoon Maaf and Barfi was just okay.
If she pulls off Mary Kom, it would be mighty brave of her.
All said and done, Bang Bang will surely open bigger than other two and it will then depend on wom to sustain.
