Bang Bang continued its good run on its 5th day at the box office. The film has crossed the 100 cr mark in 5 days, which is the joint 5th fastest to the milestone after Dhoom 3 (3 days), Chennai Express (3 days plus paid previews), Krrish 3 (4 days), Kick (5 days) and Singham Returns (5 days).
Singham Returns and Bang Bang are the fastest for films released outside the three main festive weekends (Eid, Diwali, Christmas).
Monday was a holiday in some parts of the country for Bakrid, so it remains to be seen what sort of business the film can generate on Tuesday – the most crucial day since its release. If Bang Bang manages to hold somewhere near the 9-10 crore mark, the film will easily cross the 150 cr mark in its second weekend.

I don’t know why every one forgot what hrithik has done in this movie .
He danced like never before, did stunts which no one dared till now and of course acted like never before.
He alone is enough to pay for ticket.yes its his biggest movie so far..and about collections neither producers not hrithik encounters any loss, producers are way smart they recovered money well before its release…its just in our minds..watch and appreciate and actor rather than hating movies.. after bang bang I can say hrithik is best than any other star in bollywood
Bangbang released 4300 screens in india all version nd have 5 staraight halliday but it collcected only 93cr hindi nd 2.70cr others version by boi.com.109cr manipulate data from fox.its goin to flop avg at best with over 140cr budget.max sub distributor will lose more than 30%.in rajasthan circuit bb sold 7.11cr nd it will not collect 4cr share nd cp sold 5.50cr nd will do nly 3cr share disaster in these circuit

We expected 100 crs in 3 days, first week to be 200 crs, movie to go beyond 300 crs…though nothing happened, that is what is expected from HR films. That shows his starpower. But it is sigh of relief for Khan fans that it didn’t meet any records…Crossing 100 crs in 5 days is no less than any achievement considering less no of screens, competition from Haider and negative publicity by media to save khan’s interests.
Happy to see khan’s fans trying to write bang bang off…it shows their insecurity about the raise of our super stardom of HR. Even Haider collections are dropping why they are not writing anything about it. Haider got super reviews ,why there is drop in its collections. Meaning – any movie irrespective of their content will have to depend completely on WOM…which is not great for both Haider and Bang Bang..While critics have created a platform for Bang Bang to be dashed, affecting its WOM. On other hand the same crirtics could not help Haider to earn more. What a funny game it is…

One thing for people with less knowledge ….. BOI data figures are only for the hindi versions(which is clearly mentioned) so there is bound to be a 15 or 20 crores difference as the regional version is not taken into account …. So BOI figures are also correct in its own way not to mention the other versions are showing total amount . I don’t understand why BOI does such blunders .
