Fox Star Studios has announced that Bang Bang has crossed the 200 crore mark worldwide, 5 days after its theatrical release on October 2.
The film has ‘grossed’ around Rs 156.4 crore (net collections after entertainment taxes is 109.49 cr) in India and the overseas contribution from 832 screens in over 40 countries is Rs 45.1 crore.
The studio also added that the film has released on more than 5000 screens globally, making it the widest release for a Bollywood film.
Bang Bang has also become Hrithik Roshan’s fastest film to gross 200 crore worldwide.

Total collection by weekend = 155 – 160 cr
rest of the days = 10 to 15 cr
Final collections – 170 to 175 cr
200 cr worldwide is good…it has chances to touch 400 crs worldwide in next 2 weeks…Bang Bang fall is ineviatable, as it is for any other film in weekdays. Anything about 8-12 crs is good today. With Monday collections it is clear that it has no chance to touch 200 crs. But anything over 180 crs will be good finish..First week looks like will finish at around 130-135 crs.
The good news for BB is, surprisingly Haider collections are not going up considering that it got good critical acclaim. This gives a impression that both Bang Bang (35 crs) & Haider (20 crs) can collect some 40-45-50 crs between them in 2nd week. Haider gave Bang Bang good competition 1st week. But will not in 2nd week. WOM runs the movie in 2nd week. Both movies will have good screens i.e. Bang Bang ( 2000 screens) and Haider (2000) screens. So 30-40 crs business is expected from Bang Bang 2nd week collections. 20 crs in rest of weeks.

What does the media mean before taxes 156.4 cr and after taxes 109.49 cr? So till yet the earnings you have reported for films were before taxes or after taxes?
