The Hindi version of S.S. Rajamouli’s Bahubali 2 is set to record the highest single day collections of 2017 for all its first 10 days at the box office, as the 2nd Friday collections of Bahubali 2 Hindi is coming out to be in the same range as the opening day collections of Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees.
Only the second day of Raees (holiday for Republic Day) will find a spot in the Top 10 – but even those numbers, inspite of a clash, look average in the ‘Post Baahubali 2 era’.
No other film, barring Bahubali 2 and Raees, have managed to cross the 20 and 25 crore mark on a single day – with movies from the other two superstars, Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan, falling short of 20 crore.
Bahubali 2 is the only film to cross the 30, 35, 40 and 45 crore mark on a single-day. Salman will certainly challenge the 30 and 35 crore single day totals, but it remains to be seen if ‘Tubelight’ can take film business to the next level on Sunday and Monday (currently listed as a national holiday for Eid by the government).

Will be difficult to beat bahubali but i believe Tiger Zinda Hai will find its place amongst the top 2 single days..It is my most awaited movie of the year..hope for the best

Only a pan india movie can challenge Bahubali figures…tge talks of 45+ for hindi movie is very difficult as in the south they hardly fare well…even if criticd give 5stars to the movie.

Doesn’t your Gangu Teli sallu have enough stardom without the help of Aamir..? Or is it the fact that Sallu is so talentless that even his fans realise that and that’s why they keep tagging Aamir in their list of favourites..?
