Bahubali 2 has become the highest grossing film worldwide just 6 days after its theatrical release last weekend. The best performance of the film is coming in the Hindi markets, followed by the home states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The net collections in Nizam/Andhra region has crossed the 135 crore mark in just 6 days, with the film becoming the second highest Telugu grosser of all time – only behind the first Bahubali film which released in 2015.
The Hindi version has smashed all single-day records, beating the biggest of Hindi films featuring top superstars. It has crossed the 200 crore mark in 6 days and the all-India net collections of the Hindi version stands at around 225 crore, with the film likely to cross the 250 crore mark either by the end of its first week or on its 2nd Friday. It has already collected 90 crore more than the highest Hindi grosser of 2017, Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees. It has doubled the collections of films like Jolly LLB 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhania.
Whether it’s the 100 crore, 150 crore, 200 crore or 250 crore – Bahubali 2 Hindi has been the fastest or joint fastest to each of the landmarks, making it by far the biggest money-spinner of all time. The Hindi version alone with sweep aside the Dhoom 3 (all versions) record on Saturday. Sultan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan could be surpassed during the second weekend itself – while the domestic records set by PK and Dangal will be in danger during the coming weekdays. (Note: On an all-India level, including collections from all versions, the net collections of Bahubali 2 has already surpassed Dangal).

Hope now big superstar realize its not about stardom, its about content, its about creativity. Both Baahubali and Dangal worked because of content not because of Superstar(I know amir is considered superstar but he doesn’t have crazy fans like other say salman).
Content is the real ‘King’ of cinema.

This movie is probably the first pan India succesful film after Sholay. The collection of Baahubali2 is a tight slap to the self claimed global superstar of Bollywood

I dont think it will break BB, PK and Dangal in Hindi version. It may break Sultan and end up with 310-315 crs net collections (Hindi version only) as majority of the people have watched the movie. I am one of the audience who is yet to watch this, hopefully will be on coming weekend !!!!!!!
