Baby continued its steady run at the box office in its third weekend, but the film is likely to just fall short of the 100 crore mark. While the Akshay Kumar starrer did hold steady on its 3rd Friday, the growth on Saturday and Sunday was limited.
The film has performed well at circuits where the so-called ‘class’ movies do well. Mysore (Mangalore, Bangalore), West Bengal (Kolkata), Mumbai (Mumbai city, Pune, Nagpur), Delhi NCR region and other big cities in the country.
However, mass centres like Rajasthan, Central India, UP, Bihar and a few other centres have under performed.
Overall, Baby is set to finish its run with net box office collections of around 94-95 crore. Ranbir Kapoor’s Roy will get a fairly good release this weekend and so will ‘MSG – The Messenger’. Also, the cricket World Cup starting this weekend will affect the business of all films.

Ha ha flop kumar’s career gone.now khiladi is too old so he should retire ,but his fans should thanks to neeraj for choosing akshay otherwise it would have struggles to cross 60cr.hope besides brothers all of the two crap Singh is bhang and rubber should be a historic disaster otherwise he will not learn any lesson and keep thrashing dreams of innocent producers& distributers.last year also a crap holiday unfortunately got hit that should baby deserves.
@Ajinkya Quite surprised that you didn’t like Ranbir’s performance in Rockstar or Barfi.But anyways it’s your opinion and I can’t help it.But as far as appearing in tabloids are concerned I don’t think Ranbir or his pr teams creates these fake rumors.Ranbir has always maintained that he doesn’t want his personal life to be known to the entire world.He is bound to be in the news since he’s a young bachelor with a good social life.The media wants some news and Ranbir provides them the much required fodder willingly or unwillingly.I don’t think Ranbir himself would be happy to see his private holidaying pics along his Gf on a leading diary.It would be wrong to blame Ranbir for being in the news for his link ups.

D Previous sequence of OUATIMD had some MASTERCLASS DIALOGUES and INTENSITY and above all a CLASS PERFORMANCE.
But….never write off AKKI!!… his potential and talent is really robust!!

@ all the fans of srk, salman, aamir, akshay, ajay, hritik etc etc, in my opinion box office collection is just a number it is not end of the world. There are numerous movies which did not perform well at box office, however, they are cult classics having great recall value. Andaz apna apna, hera pheri, jaane bhi do yaaron, chashme baddoor are a few examples. In future People will not remember the collections of kick, hapy new year, bang bang etc etc but they surely will remember movies like haider, baby, ugly, gangs of wasseypur and so on and so these films will be cult classics too. I bet if andaz apna apna and kick are being shown on two different channels at same time 99 percent will watch andaz apna apna, that is called recall value
So hundred crore is looking impossible now, i think 96-97 crore enough, but @indicine.com please called it a Semi-Hit movie it is not just above average movie common.

akki is an amazing actor after giving 4 consecutive hits in 2007 he signed crap films later on such as tashan, Singh is king, cc2c, tmk, joker and so on therefore this affected his good films such as special 26 and baby. Hopefully his next releases main gabbar & brothers becomes smashing hits.
