The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) court on Thursday ordered Bollywood actor Salman Khan to be present on March 10 to record his statement in the Arms Act case, which is an offshoot of the black buck poaching incident of 1998.
Earlier, the Rajasthan High Court allowed the petition of Salman seeking documents pertaining to the prosecution sanction against him under the Arms Act in a case.
Salman had moved a petition in the High Court seeking permission to make the documents pertaining to the prosecution sanction by the then district magistrate available to him.
Salman and a few other Bollywood stars were accused of poaching blackbucks in October 1998 during the shooting of Hindi movie ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. Two blackbucks, an endangered animal under the Wildlife Protection Act, were killed on the outskirts of Kankani village near Jodhpur.
A case had been registered against the actor by the forest department on October 15, 1998, under the Arms Act mentioning that the arms used by him during alleged poaching of two black bucks at village Kankani near Jodhpur on the intervening night of October 1-2, 1998, had their licences expired and hence he had been using those arms illegally.
Chogaram is an eyewitness in both the Kankani poaching and Arms Act cases against Salman. He had allegedly followed the vehicle of the actor and other film stars, who are co-accused in the case, after hearing the gun shots in his village and said to have tried to stop him.
Please put him behind bars for life.

But same is not the case with non-actor. In their 70s , where other Khans like Amir and SRK will be categorized as legend (like Big B), non-actor will continue to visit the courts for some chnikara, some arms act and some hit-an-run case . Lol

If someone who really needs to visit the court for his crime and be put behind the bars than ot has to be none other than srk. Such an over actor he is that I wish he gets life long prison. At least audience wont be tortured so cruelly for years like they have been witnessing his tortures for more than 20 years. His irritating over acting, self possession based movies, habit of keep praising himself, calling himself best and bla bla bla makes him the most deserving candidate for the prison. I feel bad for the people who have been witnessing this irritating overrated over actor for so many years.

Why has Salman been the only target of India’s Legal Enforcement Authorities in the Blackbuck Poaching Case when his co-actors like Saif, Neelam, Sonali and Tabu were also involved??? Why?
