About a decade ago, ‘Vivaah’ star Amrita Rao was expected to be the next big thing in the industry. However, post the success of films like ‘Ishq Vishq’, ‘Main Hoon Na’ and ‘Vivaah’, Amrita stopped getting offers to star in big films.
Eventually, her career faltered after a few disastrous films. She was last seen in films like ‘Jolly LLB’ and ‘Satyagraha’, but her performance and character didn’t make much impact in both films.
Now, after a two year hiatus, the actress is set to make a comeback in Prakash Jha’s Satsang, which will also feature Ajay Devgn.
“Prakash Jha has already locked in Amrita for his upcoming film Satsang. The plot is based on a social issue, just like most of Jha’s films. The theme of the film is a new one and she will be seen in a brand new avatar. The film will hit the floors soon.”
The movie will go on floors after the completion of ‘Gangaajal 2’.

Amrita rao is one of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood.. It’s sad that she didn’t get much opportunities early in her career..no matter what,I still love her a lot..and since this film is Prakash jha-Ajay Devgan combo so I’m excited for this flick
