After a major drop in collections on Friday, the second day of it’s release, Agneepath has picked up all over on Saturday. The morning shows were on-par with Friday, but picked up considerably for the afternoon and evening shows.
So far, Agneepath has collected Rs 22 crores on Day 1 (Thursday) and Rs 12 crores on Day 2 (Friday). Saturday is expected to be 15 crores+, which would take the 3 day total to a humungous 49-50 crores (average of 16.5 crores a day).
If collections pick up further on Sunday, then weekend business of 65 crores+ is possible.
Business is strong at single-screens, where the film has received tremendous appreciation. It’s expected to remain steady for the next 2 weeks at the smaller centers.

@All-Guys c’mon after a humongous opening,the fall was very likely on working day 2 bcoz it isnt released in Eid ,Diwali nor Christmas of long holidays as now Saturday’s figure is over 15+ Crores then Sunday would be above 18+crores.Its weekend should be 65-70 crores which is great and also there is no release in 2 weeks.

Agneepath saw a jump from Friday which was bad. All Hopes of Agneepath Performing Brilliantly have gone with the poor performance on Friday.
The Film Collected around 13.5 crores as per early estimates. This is a poor figure for such a film.
The 3 Day total till now is 37.5 crores approximately. And the Weekend is likely to finish at 48 crores.

The total collections of Agneepath is going on rapid increase in a fantastic way.According to the first day collections it was around 25-26 crores.So What about the second day?The second day was also in a high position in collection at the box office.It was around 12-14 crores.The third.till now the collection is about 10-12 crores and still two shows are left.. which indicates that the it may be more than the first day collection at the box office.
no doubt agneepath first weekend will be good but the real test starts from monday.

To all the Hrithik Roshan lovers and haters… Lets not get too carried away and pass judgements so soon when the first weekend itself is not over. The movie had a historic start and true, it fell on friday but what people need to understand is that the drop seems high due to its gigantic first day business, take out the first day aspect and then the 12 crore second day is as good as it gets for a big movie considering it was a working day. Plus the collections have hugely picked up on saturday and will only increase further on sunday. As for the coveted 100 crore mark, this movie will definitely cross that margin and whether this movie or any other movie crossed that margin fastest wouldnt really matter.
