Aditya Roy Kapur, who was injured on the sets of OK Jaanu, has resumed shooting for the film. The Shaad Ali directed film marks the reunion of ‘Aashiqui 2’ stars Aditya and Shraddha Kapoor.
The two stars were spotted shooting for the film on the streets of Mumbai.
Ok Jaanu is a remake of Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film Ok Kanmani. The remake is being directed by Shaad Ali, who also directed another Mani Ratnam classic which was remade as ‘Saathiya’ in Hindi.

Hoping this one comes close to another remake which Ashique 2. Having Shradda is an added flavour because audiences will have d nostalgia of their last run away hit movie they starred together.
Between even the name sounds kind of odd.

Aditya is facing a tough time with back to back disasters DEI and Fitoor . Their chemistry looked absolutely brilliant in A2 . But the biggest problem of ARK is he is constantly doing romantic movies – A2, YJHD, DEI, Fitoor and now OK Jaanu . First things first the title of the movie is absolutely rubbish I mean OK Jaanu like seriously !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This movie is produced by Dharma and directed by Shaad Ali who has made JBJ and Kill Dil . Once he made Saathiyaa and Bunty Aur Babli but now he has lost his touch . Although this movie is a Remake of a Tamil movie which was directed by Mani Ratnam but still I am not sure on this . Also this is high time Shraddha does something concrete in terms of performances . She was brilliant in A2 but afterwards she has not utilized herself properly in my opinion .
