Less than a day after Aamir Khan’s announcement that PK has been postponed to Christmas 2014, the makers of Ajay Devgn’s ‘Action Jackson’ and Akshay Kumar’s ‘Holiday – Soldier Is Never Off Duty’ were quick to announce that their film will now arrive during the weekend after IPL 7.
Both films were first scheduled to clash on May 1st, but were pushed ahead as soon Aamir and Rajkumar Hirani announced their decision to postpone their much-awaited film.

It was Reliance Entertainment and Vipul Shah, the producers of Holiday – Solider Is Never Off Duty, who first announced the news after an internal meeting. Around 3 hours later, Gordhan Tanwani, the producer of Action Jackson, too released a statement announcing that his film would release on the same day.
However, sources close to both films say, that the clash is likely to be averted with one film shifting back to May 1st.
But with every Post-IPL release like Ready, Rowdy Rathore and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, raking in the moolah at the box-office, it will be interesting to see which film gives up on the lucrative first weekend of June.

Both the films are running away from The Amazing Spiderman 2. Are they so afraid of that hollywood film. Both Akshay and Ajay are well known as kings of clashes – SOS-JTHJ, TZP-Welcome, OUATIMD-CE, All The Best-Action Replayy. Ajay should stay at his old date because Action Jackson will flop anyway. Holiday is hit and the new date is good but Ajay is spoiling the party.
if they clash ,these two films will be 60-85cr grosser.
It was akki who announced first.Action jackson lacks buzz so he want to clash with holiday.Ajay devgn personally told RELIANCE to postpone from 1may.Action jackson producer says 1 of them has to move to 1may.So they wont be any clash.
Ajay is showing his true self and if he continues most of Akki fans will hate him as most of Sallu and Akki 2nd favourite is Ajay

And I am pretty much sure that Ajay would Postpone his Action Jackson to 22nd June ………No one wants a Clash to Happen in Bollywood…….Cheers to Akki

If holiday releases on 6th june(solo) it wil collect atleast 100 crores… If wom is mixed to good den anything above 160 crores seems achievable.After yjhd’s collection anything can happen..who knws it might touch 200 crores

If there is a clash Akshay will win because he is a bigger star than Ajay although Ajay is a better actor.

clash should be avoided as it will hurt both movies. Earlier whenever clash took place (All the best *Blue : Golmal*Action replay) AD won
holiday is a thukpakki remake so ajay never dare to challenge it.
