After working together in films like ‘Sarkar’ and ‘Sarkar Raj’ director Ram Gopal Varma has signed Abhishek Bachchan for his next project titled Businessman. It is the remake of the Telugu film of the same name that starred Mahesh Babu and Kajal Agarwal which released in January this year.
Puri Jagannath wanted the original actor Mahesh to make his Bollywood debut with this remake. The reason is perhaps the differences Big B and he had over financial matters while making ‘Bbudda Hoga Tere Baap’. But RGV insisted on casting Abhishek and things fell into place ultimately. Businessman is a story of a gangster who is into organised crime.
Confirming the news RGV posted on Twitter- “Finally its confirmed. Me and Puri Jagan together are making the remake of the blockbuster telugu hit ‘Businessman’ with Abhishek Bachchan”.
Maheshbabu would have been the better choice.
I have watched bussinessman and its a very good movie.the remake will be superhit,but with abhishek disaster.
Another flop movie coming from Abhishek.Aishwarya se shaadi karne ke baad uske sabhi movies ki yahi haalat hain.lolz.SRK or Sallu should have been the choice.

I think abhishek bachchan is one of those actors who give his whole heart to the camera. Abhishek bachchan is a great choice bcoz he has all the qualities to do the role of a gangster.he is very good in silent and grave act and his serious role is very touching.watch his performances in sarkar,sarkar raj,guru,dum maaro dum.he does his role perfectly but due to some other reasons some of his films dont work.when a film flops,it doesnot mean that the actor has not given good perfomances.he may has done justice to the role but due to other reasons films may have flopped such as weak story or dialouges,wrong direction,lack of promotion,etc.

serious look of mahesh babu n abhishek sir is the same .abhishek’s 1st hit will be this when the movie promotion will be done perfectly. thanks to RGV To remaking of this movie bcoz i had seen this movie 20 to 30 times i loved this movie.
