Bob Woolmer’s death is not solved in reality, yet Mahesh Bhatt has planned to make a movie on this incident.
The Bhatts now known for making films loosely or closely inspired by real people are all set to make a film on Bob Woolmer, who was found dead in his hotel room in Jamaica within 24 hours after Pakistan exited the World Cup. The movie focus on a bookie and his love interest who are one of the accused in the death. The lead protagonist will be enacted by Emraan Hashmi while the female lead is yet to be determined.
The film will be directed by Kunal Deshmukh who has earlier assisted Mohit Suri. According to Kunal, he is currently in talks with real life bookies to make the film look really authentic.
