Shirish Kunder has just announced that Joker has been postponed by two weeks. The result? Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger has three open weeks at the box-office, before the release of Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz 3.
Between Ek Tha Tiger on August 15th and Raaz 3 on September 7th, there are just three films confirmed for release.
- Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi starring Farah Khan and Boman Irani on 24th August
- Power Play starring Arjun Rampal and Chitrangada Singh on 24th August
- Remake of Chashme Baddoor starring Ali Zafar on 31st August
None of those films are likely to pose any kind of threat to Ek Tha Tiger. Yet another Blockbuster for Salman Khan?
Update: While we haven’t received any official press release, Ranbir Kapoor’s Barfee might release on August 31st.
